Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have documents contradicting what [redacted] states in her response letter Chase did report to the agencies that they transferred/sold our loan to Fannie Mae 1) Seterus acknowledged that they are servicing the loan on behalf of Fannie Mae in a letter dated Nov 8, (copy attached) 2) Additionally, on January 26, I faxed Seterus a copy of our credit report (confirmation copy attached) which states Chase transferred/sold our loan to Fannie Mae (page of report attached).On December 2, (copy attached) Seterus sent us a letter confirming they "submitted a change to the major credit reporting agencies to show that our loan was paid in full on September 17, 2015" As previously requested we would like Seterus to notify all credit reporting agencies that the loan was paid in full September 17, Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called Seterus on the 15th before any late fees would have been accrued They told me the payment was processing and not to worry about it"Give it a couple of days" The agent supposedly notated that we called in about the paymentWe called back on Monday the 20th and they told us we had insufficient funds The agent told us to get information showing that we had sufficient funds and they would waive the late fee We called back with the bank information and that agent (Cody) said no record of crediting the late fee So, then we talked with a supervisor (Andi) she told us we had entered the account information incorrectlyBecause of this there is a late fee She offered to cut the late fee in half as a peace offeringWe told her noAndi would not give us an answer as to why they did not let us know on the 15th that the account information had not been entered correctlyThey knew this on the 15th and late charges are not due until after the 16th In the response sent they indicate that "We decline to waive the $website Speedpay fee and the $late fee assessed on June 16, 2016, as these fees are considered valid and due." We feel these fees are not valid We specifically called in to makes sure that we were not late with our payment Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response I received was superfulus BS Seterus started harassing me with two phone calls per day starting in July lasting a month I find it difficult to believe any organization can justify this kind constant harassment to anyone The third and the tenth of July I specifically asked that they stop and they continued It seems now that they are now initiateing a written campaign of harassment as since I received the letter about ending the phone calls, I receivedd a letter from Seterus every day!! No one should be subjected to the antics of the organization If you have any ability to avoid them, do so at all costs Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:To begin, Seterus has completely lied to me regarding getting back to me after leaving multiple messages on a number they gave me to contact them I would encourage the Revdex.com to try out the phone number themselves to see how legitimate it is (Damian G [redacted] ) Seterus claimed they tried calling me back, but they have no proof of this If they did call me back, why not leave a message? Also, I called customer service after trying to call Damian G [redacted] and leaving messages After waiting on the phone for about an hour, I spoke with a representative who told me that Seterus will not do anything regarding my situation and that I'd have better luck going through the credit bureaus When I told him that my main concern now was trying to contact this Damian G***, I was told that the number given to me doesn't go to anyone particular and that they won't contact me back I believe this along with the many lawsuits out against Seterus proves their lack of character and morale To say that the lawsuits currently pending and settlements don't apply to me are wrong, but perhaps I'll save that for another complaint I have asked multiple times for various paperwork that I have yet to receive First of all, I've asked for all the copies of the papers they received from me The document shows that pages were sent to them, however, they are only showing pages 5- Also, on October 5, 2011, Seterus sent me a letter stating that they had received paperwork from me"We are pleased that you have contacted us requestingassistance on your loan and are writing to acknowledge receipt of some or all of the components of the BorrowerResponse Package that you sent to us recently." I would like to receive copies of this paperwork as well Lastly, in the letters provided to me from Seterus, they said that they would notify me within days of receipt of the papers sent if I needed any other paperwork, however, Seterus didn't do that Once again, I'm asking that Seterus take some responsibility in this matter by taking the foreclosure off of my credit It's already been on my credit for over years, so I feel that this is a fair compromise Sincerely, [redacted]

Every correspondence with them has resulted in them denying we have an account with them, or to tell us they need more time.
