Here is the release that was requested I have received nothing from Seterus as of today 2/Their response said they had sent an explanation to me on2@/22/which hey mention was sent 2nd day air [redacted] ***

We feel that they a re still not honoring their original bill sent to us which is fraudulent on their partWhich is frustrating because now that means they could send us a bill at any time with any amount and expect us to know what we should pay with no communicationWhile they did forgo the late feeThere is still the issue of not honoring their bill Complaint: [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The bank I am trying to get a loan through states the credit report from Equafax states I am being reported as a "foreclosure", not a deed in lieu of as Seterus claims In addition, Seterus stated at the time I turned back in the property, it would only show up on my credit reports for years, not If it were going to stay on for years anyway, then why would I have opted for the deed in lieu of foreclosure? It seems like, had I made Seterus jump through the hoops and do the full foreclosure it wouldn't have made a difference in the way it is being reported The bottom line is that one of the banks is wrong Either the one I'm applying to can't read a credit report or Seterus is reporting the wrong information Before doing the deed in lieu of foreclosure, I made very sure this was not a problem after years So if that info was wrong then Seterus lied to me just to make it easier on them At the time, this was a very smooth process with Seterus and now they want to change the rules and keep it on for years Again, I request you report the information we agreed to at the time of the deed in lieu of was handled Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I had a nice call from a lady saying seterus would not phione me unless my account was overdue - i.epast the 16th of the month HOWEVER I received calls today (not overdue) on both calls I answered there was no one on the other endOne of the calls even directed me to stay on the line because it was an important call!! but no one answered

Seterus is claiming that I am represented by legal counselThis is not the caseI do not have an attorney and have sent them a fax stating thisThey have this fax in my fileI would have not been able to speak with two different Seterus employees if I had legal counsel

Seterus has already sent me a letter stating that they have wonderful customer service but they don't provide any statements or coupon books due to the status of the loan The loan when transferred was up to date as it is now Do you know a mortgage holder that can't even furnish a statement?
