I am in the process of getting my paperwork together to argue my side of how I feel that Seterus didn't keep their end of our agreement I was never informed that by leaving what few objects I had to leaver, because of a man showing up l to cut grass told me I had to leave MY front door knob was removed and replaced with another in which I didn't have a key for as well as a lock was on the knob so I entered thru basement door in which paperwork says it is screwed shut On sept R&R propane picked up their tank that I rented State Farm ins called me about a claim that was submitted 9-15-bathroom tile vandalism in my home, I didn't sign paperwork of deed in lieu until 10-07- I feel that alot of situations happened before my home was signed over that was done to me wrongfully I feel that Seterus committed insurance fraud under my name and under my homeowners policy I tried so very hard to keep my home and let them have it, I tried loan modification many times then I lost my physical health and Drput me on SSI disability, I receive monthly of what my house payment was,unable to make payments,I decided to sign my home over instead of foreclosure I had been working with Seterus on these matters, I put my home on the market but it was in need of repairs, Seterus knew this because no one was interested in my home Needs new roof, windows need updated,flooring thru out, 1/baths all plumbing in poor condition tile coming off the wall in one and the other never got remodeled I removed tile had black mold on and in drywall around tub I told state farm that the bath wasn't vandalized its that I never got the money to redo the bath I told them also that gargage door wouldn't go up because the wires broke Seterus was well aware of how my home was in need of these repairs As for as what was left is not the same on the paperwork I had twin box foundation, TV tray maybe at the most boxes of cups, kitchen gadgets upstairs, downstairs in garage was small end cap drawer, 40gal can of trash, paint buckets milk crates of nic nacs ice chest white lament cabinet in 1/bath iwhite laminate set of drawers 12" x 36" Outside washer and dryer gallon trash can and some other things alongside rakes hoes shovels I woulkd love to get my home back I bought in However I do feel that I am entitled to the full relocation fee of $3,if not more State Farm claim # [redacted] policy number [redacted] Once again I repeat I think they had no right to rip my doorknob off and replace it, walk thru my home while I didn't give permission as well as I wasn't ask about it, and that I was told to leave my property or police will arrest me and then for Seterus to file info on my home under my name is what the legal system calls fraudI feel very victimized over these occurances sincerely, [redacted] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On February 10, I received a letter (attached file) informing me that they had explained the situation by inadvertently applying funds that were intended for principal, interest and escrow to just escrow Secondly, they then applied current payments made by me to past months due to their error Thirdly, they then sent me a check inadvertently per their explanation, that should of been applied to my loanWe are now completely confused as to their distribution of funds Now, on February 15, we received an account statement claiming we owe 6, Confused once again, as we have been told by Seterus representatives that we only owe for the current month I have contacted MrDamian G [redacted] (Consumer and Government Affairs) with Seterus who told me to call his direct number ( [redacted] ) and only got voice mail three times, leaving a message to return my call with no response back I have contacted customer service and my wife spoke with MrRobert M [redacted] with Seterus on February 16, and was cut off with no intent to call back She spoke with MrHugo T [redacted] with Seterus on February 16, and was told the matter would be resolved At this time no one has contacted us back or is the matter resolved to our satisfaction We have funds misappropriated, funds sent to us with no idea what they are intended for and meanwhile this continually shows up on my credit as late payments, reason for forclosure due loan being in the rears per Seterus This reflects to the credit world as a bad risk and is now causing me much difficultly with other credit companies Obviously, Seterus has many problems from the lower departments to the supervisory levels It seems we have no success via communications and request your intervention in this matter to hopefully correct this as well as future damage to my credit The longer this takes the more fees they tack on The letter is at best.......is confusing and leaving us bewildered as how this company can operate in this manner I reiterate, I will and would like media attention Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I did receive their letter, and they are still talking nonsense 1) Couple of months ago I received a letter from setures that no payments wore missing I (if setures wants to see the letter I can bring it to their phx office but they must pay me for time), and it was all a mistake carried over from [redacted] , and setures will fix the mistake, but setures is still sending me phone monthly statement of almost $in the second letter I received on 12-11-setures talked about what day of the month the payment is due, and I when the payment of $is duebunch of nonsense as usual(I know what day the payment is due I have been paying for this account since on time every month) They send me over $statement but they claim the payment of $is dueThe payment should actually be $a month 2) setures must fix my credit that they have damaged with their lies.setures must send me $million check for all the damage and years harassment they have done [redacted]

The supervisor was rude and did not address the concern of untrained staff causing undo duress on customersI did not receive the document in time to provide to my new mortgage company for preapprovalIn order to place a contract on a house (which was explained to the nasty supervisor) and there fore lost the ability to sign a contact for a new homeAs it stands now...I will be with out a home for days at least due to their inability to do their job rightTheir response about sending it day air did not expidite the receipt of the document taking plus days to receive

The letter they sent me basically said the customer service rep in question answered all I'd my questions and concerns. They don't care that she was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. They said their reps are not assigned to specific accounts so there is no way to guarantee that I won't have to speak to Miss R [redacted] again. Nothing satisfactory about a company that defends the unacceptable behavior of their employees. We will be refinancing with a different company as soon as possible.
