Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have received a letter from Seterus Inc explaining nothingJust repeating what had happened as I explained in my complaintI am not interested in explanation, I am interested why they can not waive the late fees associated with the mistake I madeMistake which is common I am sure across the board, mistyping the payment amountI have talked with my bank and they explained that there are many such complaints regarding the same issue with this specific company, that is Seterus IncSeterus Inc is explaining in the letter that they MUST reject the fee waive and will not take any actions to return the money $That is fine by me as long as this report stays on file regarding bad business policies on behave of Seterus Inc Furthermore, I believe that this issue must be reported to the Consumers Affairs authorities because of bad business policies Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never received anything from Seterus Inregarding my accountI contacted them a couple of weeks ago and they say the mortgage is paid off with the funds they received on May I monitor my credit regularly since this issue began and all of the negative remarks and and late marks on my credit are still thereSincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First I had my homeowners insurance policy with [redacted] insurance since I had obtained this house in I have had a long standing relationship with this companyYes I was late paying my homeowners insurance policy from May 10-June but where was it written that I needed Seterus to obtain homeowners insurance for meI never authorized it nor did I make such an agreementI never had a problem with my original lender [redacted] and since I was transferred to Seterus from my original lender I do not think I should be held accountable for their choices.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Seterus sent me a letter today which did not address any of my concernsThe letter just repeated what I had previously stated in my complaint with no resolutionThey do not intend to release the insurance money to usAlso, it was not address what was happening with the interest that they have been collectingThey also added that when my property is inspected that they would charge per inspection, which I had not previously been toldI was given a number ( [redacted] ) to contact Lora, she was the contact that had sent me the letterThe letter stated if I had any further questions I could contact herI have tried to call her times todayThe phone just rang, then a message came on stating that the person you are trying to call is not available, please try you call laterThere was no voice mail for me to leave a message Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My check was received on January 10th, and it should be applied that day not weeks laterWith interest being charged on a remaining balance and compounded daily, I am not getting full credit with the delayed application dateAdditionally, I do not understand how I could be charged for future interestCharging me for interest in January, for the debt that is due in February and March, seems illegal to meIt should be charged and paid in the month it is due not for a future chargeNeither do I understand why it was applied to future payments when I specifically had written instructions in the envelope with my check that it was to be applied to principal onlyIt was not intended to be applied to future payments and stated that wayWhy was my written request ignored and recorded the way it was applied on 1-10-This is the second issue with Seterus for the exact same way my principal payment was wrongfully appliedI also addressed that in my written instructions that was received by your company on 1-10-I would like to have my loan administered and collected by another companyAnyone but Seterus Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: response was delivered but didn't state that would be place in suspense the letter stated that any extra payment would beplace in suspense and may also be applied to any fees ; I understand the letter to state that additional payments 1st in suspense and 2nd applied to any fees and regarding in accurate payments reported to the credit bureau I would have to contact however I did receive a copy of all payments , I am still confused as to why they have not reported this information to them If they aren't going to place the money in suspense I will like to receive a letter stating so Thank you for your assistance in this matter it is appreciated Sincerely, [redacted]
