RE: Complaint Made to the Revdex.com (the “Revdex.com”) by [redacted] About SetSchedule, LLC To Whom It May Concern: This firm represents SetSchedule, LLC (the “Company”) in connection with the Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] made by [redacted] (the “Complaint”)Not only is the Complaint in violation of the Revdex.com’s rules for content submission for being libelous, [redacted] seeks a desired settlement that has already been resolvedThus, the Complaint should be permanently removed from the Company’s Revdex.com pageOn or about September 15, 2016, the parties entered into a Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) in which the Company agreed to provide eight (8) appointments with prospective real estate clients to [redacted] (see attached for a copy of the Agreement) [redacted] began receiving these appointments in October, but chose to prematurely terminate (and thus breach) the Agreement, dispute his payment to the Company with his credit card company, and leave libelous online reviews [redacted] Complaint has no meritHe claims that the Company “promises a day money back guarantee and does not honor it,” but there is no such language in the Agreement and [redacted] offers no evidence of such guaranteeHe also claims the Company did not honor its promise to provide “leads in a month period,” but [redacted] terminated and breached the Agreement after one month, making his statement nonsensicalEven worse, he also calls the Company a “scam,” which violates the Revdex.com’s rules for content submission for being libelous because it injures the Company directly in respect to its business by imputing narratives that would have a natural tendency to lessen profits of the CompanyWhile sufficient grounds exist to remove the Complaint due to its libelous content, it should also be removed because [redacted] desired settlement has already been resolved and asks for publication of his libelous speech [redacted] desired settlement was for a “refund and also to let people know that this company is a scam.” After breaching the Agreement, [redacted] disputed his payment to the Company with his credit card company and received a full chargebackAlbeit by improper means, [redacted] has already received his “refund” and it is the Company that is left with no funds for the services it already renderedThe fact that [redacted] also demands a settlement consisting of the publication of his libelous statement that the Company is a “scam,” further illustrates the unreasonableness of his actions and why his Complaint should be deniedPage For these reasons, we expect permanent removal of the Complaint and this matter considered closedPlease feel free to contact our office with any questionsSincerely, [redacted] ***, [redacted] CC: Client

Someone called, asked me a question so quickly I couldn't understand her and then passed me on to her "manager" who then wanted to review the options. I didn't even understand what type of call it was. I had no idea what company or product I had just been introduced to. As a result I didn't want to talk. I made the mistake of simply not saying no and, wound up with appointment after appointment placed on my calendar to discuss packages. Not only did they take the liberty of booking product review appointments on my calendar but, they also text me daily.

Here's where it gets good... The last text came in today. I responded that I did not have time today and, I would not be using their service due to the woman I spoke with at the opening to the original call and that I didn't care for those business tactics and found it to not be customer friendly. I get a text response back from the manager whom, by the way, is male and named Russell. "We are both in sales and I understand where you are coming from but as you know I was nothing but nice to you the entire time. So, you telling me that I am not customer friendly is an insult." Quite aggressive on his part. Isn't it funny how brave/rude we can be when we don't have to see someone face to face or speak to one another. What I said about the woman, I now say about the man... Poor customer relations at it highest.

attached contract signed on 9/03/2015), this client was fully satisfied with the product!

timeframe has passed over a year ago!

Dear, *** D***.1) SetSchedule has always provided it's members with replacement appointments for any "No Show" appointment.2) If any appointment was out of the area (like she claims it was hours away)- SetSchedule would have provided her with a replacement appointment.3) If a member is

This statement is False, she may have been a client for months but her account has a balance
that is past due, she signed an agreement authorizing us to charge her card monthly for
months, but as of today 4/27/she has only made out of the payments! (even though she
has already received all her appointments!)
*** ***’s statement “I was promised ready to go, scheduled appointment leads-to be

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond in this space ONLY]I have called SetSchedule twice already and was told their resolution was to give me another lead in place of the bad lead. This is not satisfactory because the method they use to secure "so called Leads" is misleading to the recipient and is not what is guaranteed in their contract. Their guarantee is that the lead is wanting to list their house for sale and I would be one of the potential Realtors to secure the business. They ask a potential client if they would like to know value of their property. Who wouldn'y want to know that ? This is a far cry from a desire on the part of the appointment to list their house, which is what they guarantee.
