This is the only answer they provide "talk to our support team" with a phone number that leads to an answering service (call center). I did call that number again in response to this message and sent an emailThe support team and sales team refuses to transfer me to the officer that countersigned my agreement originally, *** *** or *** *** (CEO)*** *** and *** *** have failed to respond to several direct emails about the issueThey have ignored my requests to speakThey have ignored my requests for a refund. The support team has made outrageous sales guarantees on numerous occasions incl***ng a "hour guarantee" on December 21, They of course failed to deliver a**thing whatsoever after that guarantee.It has now been just shy of four months since the time I signed upDuring the sales process I was promised I would receive my first appointment within 2-weeks by *** ***, their salespersonI was also promised they could target the appointments for my specific areaThe "support" team tried to backtrack claiming "leads would be within miles of my target area" and that I should "read the contract." The contract makes no mention of miles whatsoever. The area I provided contains tens of thousands of apartments in **CThe areas were defined by zip codesTheir support staff member *** acknowledged on our phone call on Thursday, December 28th at 1:45pm EST that they haven't delivered so far due to my areaIt's clear they are not capable of providing the service by their own admission and they are merely sticking up real estate agents for $per person and banking on no one chasing them.All I would like is a refund and to part ways.

the Company agreed to provide seven (7) appointments with prospective real estate clients to Mr***
Not only did the Company provide all seven (7) appointments to Mr***, it also provided an additional
sixteen (16) leads to Mr*** at no additional fee
Mr*** offers a completely fabricated account of the factsHe claims he only received four (4)
listing appointmentsHowever, as of the date of this correspondence, he has in fact received all seven (7)
listing appointments, satisfying the Company’s requirements under the AgreementAdditionally, Mr
*** has received sixteen (16) additional leads of prospective clientsThe Company has unquestionably
provided Mr*** with the agreed upon number of appointments as required under the Agreement so his
statements otherwise are untrue and damaging to the CompanyFurther, Mr*** claims the Company
has been a “complete waste of my time, money, and resources,” yet since the date of his complaint he has
continued to accept appointments and leads from the CompanyIf the Company were truly a waste of
time, money, and resources to Mr***, he would have ceased accepting such appointments long ago
The statements made by Mr*** that the Company misrepresents its services are libelous
because they constitute a and unprivileged publication that exposes the Company to hatred,
contempt, ridicule, and obloquy and injures the Company directly in respect to its business by imputing
narratives that have a natural tendency to lessen profits of the CompanyThus, Mr***’s narrative
is unequivocally libelous and sufficient grounds exist for the Revdex.com to remove the complaint

After a good sales pitch I fell for SetSchedule.com appointment/lead generation program for Realtors. I paid $1700 for a promise of 12 scheduled appointments with serious home sellers over the next 6 months (now they say it is a year, but that isn't what it says in the agreement).

As part of the program I would also receive leads of those not ready to make an appointment yet, but expressed interest in selling within a 15 mile radius of my desired location. This second part is what convinced me to give them a try. Unfortunately (9 months later now) I have never received an appointment and have only received a handful of leads that were not in Milwaukee's inner city. Of those 8 leads I accepted I was only ever able to reach one, who in the end decided not to sell.

SetSchedule also has lists of other potential sellers that you can download by zipcode. I downloaded all the 28 names they offered in 53132 only to find that all but 2 had already sold over the previous 12 months.

Needless to say this is a scam. I have tried calling to get a refund, but they claim to not give refunds and besides my 12 months isn't up yet (it says 6 in the agreement). They say they will increase advertising in my area to deliver their commitment, but I haven't heard anything from them since my complaints (3 months now). Now they won't even return my phone calls.

Realtors. Stay away! This is a SCAM!

This is a follow up to my complaint #[redacted] (Set Schedule).  I agreed to give them 2 weeks to refund me and they have not done so .  They verbally agreed to it and I think they did agree thru the email here as well.  When I have reached back out to them again they just say we will get with the team and follow up.  I have heard this for 9 months.  They also sort of tricked me into closing the complaint with my credit card as well.  They told me they needed proof that the dispute was closed before they could credit me so I had closed it only to find out that I could not reopen it.  That was right before I contacted the Revdex.com.   I am really upset about this - can you help me.  They are probably doing this type of thing to a lot of people and no one does anything about it.  Thank you - please confirm you received this and what do I do next?

This company has not produced any positive results. They are expensive. I was promised , after paying $1850, 6 viable real estate appointments in 6 months
I have been with them 2.5 months and I have gotten 2 appointments, 1 which didn't speak any English and had no idea I was coming and the 2nd had already signed with an agent I week prior. Don't waste your money, it's a scam, they take your money and hope you won't try to get it back.

To Whom it May Concern,1) SetSchedule has always provided it's members with replacement appointments for any "No Show" appointment.2) If any appointment was out of the area (like she claims it was 3 hours away)- SetSchedule would have provided her with a replacement appointment.3) If a member is sick and cannot go to a scheduled appointment- All the member needs to do is call the homeowners phone# (that is provided in the appointment info) and reschedule for a time that is more convenient for the homeowner & the Agent.
