SetSchedule Reviews (134)

To Whom it May Concern,1) [redacted] had sufficient time to review the contract before she signed it. Her not knowing about some of the terms are not a misrepresentation of our sales rep., it's simply she neglected to read the full contract.2) A person who signs a contract one day, and than a few months later changes their mind, is legally still bound to the contract they signed.3) SetSchedule has always provided it's members with replacement appointments for any "No Show" appointment.4) We are always willing to work with our members and our goal is to keep them happy!5) We have a Support team that will be more than happy to address your concern. Please feel free to contact us at  888-222-0011.Thank you,SetSchedule Dispute Specialist

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1) The 15-mile radius was simply never disclosed or discussed. Please point out where in your contract or otherwise in writing where this provision is outlined. There's a good reason why you can't, it simply isn't true. 2) The lead on 1/26/18 was for a 14 unit rental building. Not a residential apartment     or single family home. The "appointment" they assigned me was not for a specific apartment of where to meet her. SetSchedule then instructed me to call the lead myself. She, ([redacted]), confirmed she had never spoken with SetSchedule and wasn't aware of a 10AM appointment on a Saturday morning. This simply is not an appointment. Logistically, and possibly legally, it would be very strange to show up to a 14 unit building on a Saturday morning at 10AM and ring each doorman and try to locate "[redacted]" who is not even confirmed to live in a given apartment there. This is a blatant attempt for them to pawn off a phone book quality lead as an appointment. 3) Leads have nothing to do with appointments so really just aren't a part of this discussion at all. However, the "Leads" they sent were in far different areas than my target. One was in [redacted] (as shown in prior appendix). Servicing real estate in that state requires different licenses. Candidly it has nothing in common with the agreed to area. 4) They conveniently end every response with "call our support team". Their support team consists of call services, people working from home with no direct access to management, and no authority to issue refunds or make right on false promises n behalf of the compa**. My multiple attempts to get in touch with decision makers through email and call requests have been declined. They claim it's their "compa** policy" to not allow the people who countersigned my agreement to speak or address my concerns. They are [redacted] and [redacted]. I'd love to be put in touch with them. 5) The 6 month "contract" is up tomorrow. I have been delivered zero (0) of the promised eight (8) appointments. I would like a refund. Dozens, if not hundreds of real estate professionals across the country have been scammed by this "company" over the past year and continue to go through the same issue. It is an absolute shame they are allowed to operate in this manner. Happy to provide further documentation, emails, etc. If needed. I hope the Revdex.com is able to help me achieve a full refund.   Regards,

Hi They claim that I received the service. I received a fake lead! I showed up with my colleague to the appointment, the supposedly seller did not open the door, we met nobody. Immediately first business day after that I called and asked to cancel my service and asked them to refund my money. I am a new agent and I do not make much money, and can not take a big risk on my money. Also on the online representation, they never ever mentioned that I will bind with them for 2 more years. On second appointment  they highlighted on the email that I ll be bound with them 2 more years if I sign a contract with the seller.I immediately rejected the appointment because I felt there is something wrong with this company. On my original agreement they were supposed to send me leads within 15 mile radius from my home address but the first lead I got it was almost 20 miles away from my home and I did not feel safe to go there by myself.I have a 12 year old son to raise and I can not afford to lose my life or my money.I am not happy with the customer service at all. Before I signed they pushed me hard to sign the contract, and using the selling tactic by saying that  I have to decide right away otherwise I can not get the same deal. the deal is not the same deal they told me about. And took advantage of my English as It is my second language. It is their job to make sure to explain honestly and correctly the terms of the contract. Their sells rep constantly told me That I can get my money back either dispute it if I am not happy. AFTER I signed up they changed 100%. They did not answer the phone and also the agent named Paula was so rude to me and said you can not do anything since you signed the contract and she does not care what I want to do. They did not assist me in any way and stopped to communicate. Please help me to get my money back.Appreciate your help!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1 - attached find the Refund Guarantee correspondence email. They guarantee legitimate listing sales opportunities, which they did not provide. All the appointments they provided were not for people actually interested in selling their homes. I have emails that I sent to their reps explaining each appointment. 2- In this response they are using the terminology of "leads". However SetSchedule company marketed themselves as a company not providing leads, but rather providing a "Listing Appointment" These appointments are suppose to be getting Realtors in front of home owners interested in selling their home, or discussing selling their home. It was not even 1% like that. If you look in all their terminiology they use the words appointments not leads, however now that they are corresponding with the Revdex.com they are using the words leads to throw you off. If you could kindly refer to this video on their website they CLEARLY state that they are selling appointments and not leads. And that their product is better because you are getting actual listing appointments instead of trying to follow leads. http://www.setschedule.com/our-story/3- They instruct us not to call the owners ahead of time, I soon found out it's because we would realize these people were being spammed and not really interested in putting up their home for sale of discussing it. So if one would call ahead of time instead of driving there, they would realize what a sham this is.4 - I have attached 2pdf documents totally to 17 pages of documentation supporting their false claims and also supporting my efforts to try to notify them of the issues and trying to cancel.5- http://www.setschedule.com/membership/  On this link you will see that on the first line of page it say they provide realtors "Actual Listing Appointments". Then when you look at the packages you see that agents are Buying appointments. So when they try to say these are only leads it is a false representation to confuse the Revdex.com. 6- http://www.setschedule.com/our-story/  On their Our Story page they mention on the third line the following>"placing top tier agents with verified appointments directly in front of vetted homeowners and investors that are actively looking to buy and sell."If you look at my multiple correspondence with them, you will come to realize that NONE of their appointments they provided were with people who are ACTIVELY LOOKING TO BUY AND SELL, this is total MISREPRESENTATION.

It has now been almost 6 months since I agreed to this SCAM. They claim they will provide scheduled appointments with Home Owners who want to list their home for sale. This simply not true! What they do is call homeowners and ask if they are interested in knowing the value of their home. VERY FEW, if anyone, would say no thanks. Then they send that to fish like me who bit their bait, they call this a listing appointment and send it to me, or another poor soul who bought the “line” that would be receiving some number Set Listing Appointments. I have received these “Listing Appointments” 1. No idea what I was talking about and refused to see me. 2. Met with me but had no intention of listing his home. 3. Was simply curious about the value of his NEW home. 4. This was a repeat of #2 but was not home at the time of the so called “listing appointment” I’ve had numerous conversations with multiple individuals regarding refunding my money. But will not consider it. Do not make my mistake. This outfit is a total scam.

[Attached please find a zipped folder of all email correspondence pertinent to my complaint.By contract Set Schedule was to provide 7 listing appointments. They sent 7 total appointments, 5 of which I accepted and 2 that I told them I couldn’t take an appointment at the scheduled time. The two appointments I refused were appointments with both [redacted] (4/7/2017) and [redacted] (4/10/2017), both because I had previous commitments at those times. I informed Set Schedule.Of the five appointments I accepted, I went on 2 actual appointments and 2 who refused me at the door.I went to [redacted] and met with him. This was an appointment. (2/8/2017)I went to [redacted] and he told me as I arrived he had no idea why I was there because he had no interest in or intention to sell his house. He and his wife were nice and let me do my presentation, but with no intention to act on anything. This was an appointment. (4/3-7/2017)I went to [redacted] and he refused to let me in the house and told me he didn’t agree to an appointment. This was NOT an appointment. (3/7/2017)I went to Mrs. [redacted] and she refused to let me in the house and was not wanting an appointment and not interested in selling her house. This was NOT an appointment. (3/25/2017)I called [redacted] to confirm the appointment and she said she didn’t agree to an appointment and refused to have me come out. This was NOT an appointment. (2/17/2017)My assistant and I talked with several leads they sent us ([redacted]) and each was not interested in a home valuation and several indicated they felt they felt “hounded” “disrespected” and the “appointment setter wouldn’t stop.”By my accounting, they owe me five appointments, or my money back. By this time my confidence in their ability to provide real appointments has evaporated and their methodology for getting people to agree to appointments is not what was represented by their sales staff. At this time I am only working with them because I am required to uphold my end of the contract until the contract is terminated by fulfillment (7 appointments). The seven appointments were contractually to be completed by June.My preferred resolution is a full refund and dissolution of our contract with the provision that should ANY lead or appointment Set Schedule provided miraculously turn into business for me during the two year period stated in the contract I will honor the provisions to provide their commission.Y]

Company says we entered into agreement in 08/2015. I had my on boarding call to join the membership in March of 2016. I did not receive my first appointment till APRIL 2016!!! That so called appointment also never answered the door. They sent me on other fake listing appointments because they were not listing appointments and that is the main issue here is they lied about what they were offering. Regardless on MAY 10th 2016, I asked for a refund as they had verbally explained to me that I was entitled to if I was not happy with the program. Also I had attached a screen shot of their website that showed they had that money back guarantee as well, I have also attached verbiage from their employee stating they give refunds also. As soon as I mentioned I wanted a refund the company gave me the run around and began to ignore my calls, and emails. Apparently they know if they ignore you long enough and give the person and the Revdex.com the run around they can avoid any implications It is unfortunate that the Revdex.com has allowed such a company to even join their membership. It is quite clear from all the correspondence and evidence I supplied that this company misrepresented their product, which is the issue, they claimed to provide listing appointments, however they were not appointments where you meet people who are interested in discussing selling their home, they arrant even on the same page as that. I have been framed, and feel quite unprotected as a consumer at this point. I even supplied the Revdex.com with reviews they got from all other realtors that have been deceived. It is not just me, and you know it. I truly hope the Revdex.com will step up this time and do whats right. I just want my refund of the hard earned money they basically stole from me.,I have attached the proof of my first appointment starting in april 2016.I have attached a document which on page 3 shows their money back guarantee... as well as an email from their employee too.I had in my previous correspondence supplied much more documentation, if you need any other proofs let me know. If this does not get resolved by the Revdex.com, then I will need to contact the National Association of Realtors board, as I am deeply concerned for these poor agents getting taken advantage of and being left unprotected.]

I just found out that the merchant DID NOT refund my money. What I saw was my Discover card gave me a temporary credit while I was disputing the charge.
Set Schedule may have refunded "[redacted]" but [redacted] did NOT refund my money to my Discover card.
Please reopen the dispute. Complaint # [redacted]
I never saw any proof that they refuded [redacted]. The dates didn't make sense but when I saw the credit on my credit card (from [redacted] I just thought it was from them.
