I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have several more screenshots but was only allowed to upload 5 files here.NOTE- the contract outlines "what" an appointment is -- I received NO APPOINTMENTS during the 6 month time period. Appendix A shows that it was supposed to be for a 6 month time period. I am not satisfied with their answers and I will not back down. The two LEADS I received during the 6 month time period were just leads and did NOT want to speak to an agent.  I signed up for 7 appointments in a 6 month time frame (per their contract). I did not receive that.

A refund form was signed on  6/14/2017 but funds are still not back in my account as of today. It has been almost 4 weeks since this transaction took place, I do not see why it has to take this long for the funds to be reimbursed.  I will considered this issue resolved only when funds are back in my account.

Our upper management immediately called our support team, sales team & management and made sure that your contact info was removed from any & all lists. He just wanted a value. Set schedule sent me a email that they will not count this - I disputed this appointment to Set schedule and they credit me this appointment.10/25/16Appointment # 2 - [redacted] - Was not expecting me. Did not want to sell her house. Was confused on why I was there - I had to dispute this with Set schedule.10/25/16 - Emailed and later had a phone call to dispute these 2 past appointments. This was a very low value range apartment that was not what they said they would consider a lead I paid for. 2/18/17 Appointment # 6 - [redacted] -Sent me an appointment when I told them I was sick. I did not claim this lead, This was also a mobile home that they said would not be a lead for my criteria I was sold The first appointment they agreed to credit me for that appointment since the lead that was not a owner willing to list, just wanted value. The 2nd appointment was a owner that was not excepting me and said she did not want to sell. Would not even talk about selling. 3rd and 4th lead was out of my area5th & 6th lead I told them I was sick and they were very low price points on top of that.This equals zero leads per agreement and membership SEE ATTACHMENT - SET SCHEDULE IS BEING REPRESENTED BY AN ATTORNEY AND I AM NOT. WHETHER THEY WANT TO STRONG ARM OR BULLY US LITTLE GUYS AND MAKE THIS DIFFICULT SITUATION FOR ME OR ANY OTHERS TO CONTEST. I WILL SEEK FOR LEGAL COUNCIL IF NECESSARY TO DEFEND MY CASE. AS YOU CAN SEE I HAVE SPENT MANY WASTED HOURS WITH SET SCHEDULE AND THE LEADS THEY SENT WITH RESPONSES ECT. NOW WASTING MORE TIME FIGHTING THE FACT THAT I DESERVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK, ALONG WITH EVERYONE ELSE. CLEARLY THE LEADS THEY SEND WERE GARBAGE AND I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THE WHOLE COMPANY AND HOW YOU PURCHASE ONLY SOLID LISTING APPOINTMENTS WHICH I WOULD GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO EARN THE BUSINESS AND LIST THE HOME. THIS IS CLEARLY NOT THE CASE. I PAID ALOT OF MONEY FOR 0 APPOINTMENTS THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME. NOW THEY TRY TO CLAIM THE FULFILLED THIER OBLIGATIONS? PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENT OF PROOF THAT THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY WHO STANDS BEHIND ANY ETHICAL CONDUCTS. THEY ARE DOING THIS TO 100'S OF AGENT AROUND THE COUNTRY. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING AND THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BECAUSE THEY DONG THIS TO MANY SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS AND CONSUMERS.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.SetSchedule promised to provide leads which have been screened by their staff.  The first lead I received was for a home in Moorpark that was not for sale.  I prepared a listing presentation.  I knocked on the door at the time scheduled by Set Schedule.  A person answered the door and told me the home was not for sale.  I then called the seller's phone number which was given to me by Set Schedule.  The person answering the phone did not know what I was talking about did not have any conversations with the staff from Set Schedule.  This lead was bogus.  I told Set Schedule that and they said they will find me another lead.  They sent me a lead with an appointment. 
The seller spoke to me and said they do not want to sell their home.  This was another bogus lead.  I haven't had any other leads from Set Schedule.  It has been 4 months.  They promised me 6 verified leads.  I received nothing.  When I try to contact them I receive a virtual assistant.  I was told I would have a contact named [redacted].  I never spoke to [redacted].  I later had a contact named [redacted].  She disappeared and now I have a contact named [redacted].  None of these people provided me with anything.  When I told them I wanted a refund they said it was in process.  They kept me hanging for weeks.  This company has not provided the services they promised, therefore, their contract with me is null and void and I want a full refund of $1850.  I do not believe this company is legitimate.  I believe their licenses should be revoked.Regards,[redacted]

I will include that I did receive another" set schedule"  lead recently.... it was, like all the others, supposed to be a lead for someone who was considering listing their home for sale.   Well as it turned out the lead did not answer the phone and the address for the lead is a large Retirement Home Complex.    As much as I would like to list the complex, (Probably worth several Million $$$) no one answered the number given to contact.   This is further evidence that the leads are NOT homeowners considering selling their home.  I suspect that they are people who answer "yes" to the question "Would you like to know the current value of your home?"   This is not an indication that want to list the home For Sale.  I'm done you have my fee and I hope that I will get one reasonable lead from this.

RE: Complaint Made to the Revdex.com (the “Revdex.com”) by [redacted] About SetSchedule, LLC To Whom It May Concern: This firm represents SetSchedule, LLC (the “Company”) in connection with the Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted] made by [redacted] (the “Complaint”). Not only is the Complaint in violation of the Revdex.com’s rules for content submission for being libelous, [redacted] seeks a desired settlement that has already been resolved. Thus, the Complaint should be permanently removed from the Company’s Revdex.com page. On or about September 15, 2016, the parties entered into a Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) in which the Company agreed to provide eight (8) appointments with prospective real estate clients to [redacted] (see attached for a copy of the Agreement). [redacted] began receiving these appointments in October, but chose to prematurely terminate (and thus breach) the Agreement, dispute his payment to the Company with his credit card company, and leave libelous online reviews. [redacted] Complaint has no merit. He claims that the Company “promises a 30 day money back guarantee and does not honor it,” but there is no such language in the Agreement and [redacted] offers no evidence of such guarantee. He also claims the Company did not honor its promise to provide “8 leads in a 6 month period,” but [redacted] terminated and breached the Agreement after one month, making his statement nonsensical. Even worse, he also calls the Company a “scam,” which violates the Revdex.com’s rules for content submission for being libelous because it injures the Company directly in respect to its business by imputing false narratives that would have a natural tendency to lessen profits of the Company. While sufficient grounds exist to remove the Complaint due to its libelous content, it should also be removed because [redacted] desired settlement has already been resolved and asks for publication of his libelous speech. [redacted] desired settlement was for a “refund and also to let people know that this company is a scam.” After breaching the Agreement, [redacted] disputed his payment to the Company with his credit card company and received a full chargeback. Albeit by improper means, [redacted] has already received his “refund” and it is the Company that is left with no funds for the services it already rendered. The fact that [redacted] also demands a settlement consisting of the publication of his libelous statement that the Company is a “scam,” further illustrates the unreasonableness of his actions and why his Complaint should be denied. I am supremely confident that SetSchedule is incapable or providing any of the services advertised (which I paid $750 for and they are unwilling to refund), including the "replacement" of leads. They do not have a process in place for quality control and the leads provided are not, have not, and I am certain will continue to be from parties who are not interested in selling their homes or getting valuations on. The contacts provided are often caught off guard upon my phone call, if they even answer. They have been unable or unwilling to provide any insight into their process for acquiring these introductions and upon my lengthy and continued feedback I am provided with stock/scripted answers from the same support members. I think that this company is a fraudulent operation which can be validated by the majority of fellow Realtor's who have agreed to work with SetSchedule.
