So the refund of $1850 was for a previous order I placed and yes, they did refund that order because I never signed the original contract.  However, they had their strong arm sales guy drop the price to $1650 and promised an additional lead so I said I would give it a try.  I signed the contract for $1650 and that is my current complaint.  I have an additional complaint against them too:After I submitted my complaint to you, I took one more lead from them and the woman wouldn't answer the door.  I called from in front of her house and she told me in no uncertain terms that she was NEVER selling.  So I want my $1650 refunded and I want you to continue to pursue.  They are a scam!  A complete and utter scam.

To whom it may concern,Please review attached supporting documentation and evidence for said dispute.1. [redacted] has received services and taken full advantage of the SetSchedule product. [redacted] participated in an onboarding call to discuss the service in detail. [redacted] was sent leads from SetSchedule as agreed to in his contract. See attached emails.2. [redacted] signed the contract and as per the terms of agreement with agent and associates, the contract calls for 6 month marketing partnership, which after that period of time either client or SetSchedule may decide to terminate the agreement. As such [redacted] is bound to the agreement and his request for a credit is against contract guidelines.3. [redacted] signed the member agreement and is well aware of the operating parameters of the lead product he purchased. SetSchedule DOES NOT make any guarantees or representations as to the real estate agent’s ability to close transactions. These variables are solely in the hand of the real estate agent who represents themselves as licensed sales professionals.4. SetSchedule has complied with its legal obligation. As such, we send this DEMAND for the dispute to be voided and annulled.5. SetSchedule is ready and willing to take action (legal and collection) to enforce its contracts with any party that abuses the contractual obligation with the firm or its products.Sincerely,SetSchedule Dispute Specialist###-###-####

RE: Complaint Made to the Revdex.com (the “Revdex.com”) by [redacted] About
SetSchedule, LLC
To Whom It May Concern:
This firm represents SetSchedule, LLC (the “Company”) in connection with the Revdex.com Complaint
#[redacted] made by [redacted] (the “Complaint”). Not only is the Complaint in...

violation of the
Revdex.com’s rules for content submission for being libelous, [redacted] seeks a desired settlement that has
already been resolved. Thus, the Complaint should be permanently removed from the Company’s Revdex.com
page.
On or about September 15, 2016, the parties entered into a Membership Agreement (the
“Agreement”) in which the Company agreed to provide eight (8) appointments with prospective real
estate clients to [redacted] (see attached for a copy of the Agreement). [redacted] began receiving
these appointments in October, but chose to prematurely terminate (and thus breach) the Agreement,
dispute his payment to the Company with his credit card company, and leave libelous online reviews.
[redacted] Complaint has no merit. He claims that the Company “promises a 30 day money
back guarantee and does not honor it,” but there is no such language in the Agreement and [redacted]
offers no evidence of such guarantee. He also claims the Company did not honor its promise to provide “8
leads in a 6 month period,” but [redacted] terminated and breached the Agreement after one month,
making his statement nonsensical. Even worse, he also calls the Company a “scam,” which violates the
Revdex.com’s rules for content submission for being libelous because it injures the Company directly in respect
to its business by imputing false narratives that would have a natural tendency to lessen profits of the
Company.
While sufficient grounds exist to remove the Complaint due to its libelous content, it should also
be removed because [redacted] desired settlement has already been resolved and asks for publication
of his libelous speech. [redacted] desired settlement was for a “refund and also to let people know
that this company is a scam.”
After breaching the Agreement, [redacted] disputed his payment to the Company with his
credit card company and received a full chargeback. Albeit by improper means, [redacted] has already
received his “refund” and it is the Company that is left with no funds for the services it already rendered.
The fact that [redacted] also demands a settlement consisting of the publication of his libelous
statement that the Company is a “scam,” further illustrates the unreasonableness of his actions and why
his Complaint should be denied.
Page 2
For these reasons, we expect permanent removal of the Complaint and this matter considered
closed. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions.
Sincerely,
[redacted], [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: This correspondence is the second response to the complaint made by [redacted] (ID [redacted]) about SetSchedule, LLC (the “Company”). Ms. [redacted] offered no new information to show how the statements she made about the Company in her complaint were not defamatory. In fact, Ms. [redacted] explicitly admits in her most recent response that her complaint was defamatory. Further, she also states that the purpose of her statements was to damage the Company’s reputation. Ms. [redacted] outright admits she made defamatory statements concerning the Company and that she should be liable as a result. Ms. [redacted] makes the Company’s argument for it, but in an effort to further illustrate the outlandish nature of her statements, the Company will address the other issues in her response. Ms. [redacted]’s response is nothing more than the Company’s previous response chopped up and stated in the alternative. Ms. [redacted] presumably did this because she still has no credible argument despite having two opportunities to offer proof of the truthfulness of her statements.   The Company maintains that it provided the appointments it was required to provide under Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) the parties entered into. In fact, the Company has documentation of every appointment it provided to Ms. [redacted], something she attempts to refute. Ms. [redacted] makes blanket proclamations that the Company is liable for breach of contract and false misrepresentations, yet cannot provide one fact supporting these claims. If there was in fact a breach of contract or a false misrepresentation, it should be very easy for Ms. [redacted] to substantiate these claims. Yet, she cannot because she’s fabricated the facts surrounding her experience with the Company. Ms. [redacted] is encouraged to show just exactly what provisions of the Agreement were breached and where false misrepresentations were made. There was no breach of contract because Company did provide the appointments as required under the Agreement. There were no false misrepresentations made by the Company and in fact, the Agreement explicitly disclaimed the guarantees she references in her response. Ms. [redacted], who again opently admitted her previous statements were defamatory, doubles down on such conduct and makes additional defamatory statements that the Company is victimizing clients, committing fraud, and using unethical tactics. These are serious accusations that go beyond the bounds of mere defamation. Lastly, Ms. [redacted] makes more statements concerning people she has never met and of whom it would be impossible for her to know the details about. The Company’s Revdex.com page is no place for such hearsay and these statements fall in line with her complete fabrication of the true events that occurred with the Company. As a result of the continued and admitted defamation, as well as publicizing statements concerning parties unknown and irrelevant to her, we expect permanent removal of her complaint and consider this matter closed. Allowing Ms. [redacted] to continue making up a story is not productive to any parties involved, including the Revdex.com. The bottom line is that the Company agreed to provide Ms. [redacted] a set number of appointments with prospective clients and the Company met this promise. Ms. [redacted] has chosen to respond by defaming the Company, causing harm to the Company as a result. For these reasons, we expect permanent removal of the complaint. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions.

[I am not satisfied with the businesses reply because all their attorney is doing is continuing what the set schedule staff was doing, which was lying.  I have attached the statement from my bank account reflecting that the amount of $1,850 although was originally credited back to me, that credit was reversed. So I paid for a service they did not provide and after refusing to refund me my money, they just want to keep the lies going.  If they refund my money I will gladly remove my complaint from Revdex.com and any other platform. ]

To Whom It May Concern: This correspondence is in response to the Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted] made by [redacted] (the “Complaint”) about SetSchedule, LLC (the “Company”). Not only is the Complaint in violation of the Revdex.com’s rules for content submission for being libelous, but the Complaint consists of a completely fabricated detail of Ms. [redacted]’s experience with the Company. Thus, the Complaint should be permanently removed from the Company’s Revdex.com page.   On or about August 31, 2015, the parties entered into a Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) in which the Company agreed to provide two (2) appointments with prospective real estate clients to Ms. [redacted]. The Company unequivocally provided the two (2) appointments and confirmed the appointments through email to Ms. [redacted]. Almost two years later, Ms. [redacted] chose to post a fictitious narrative about the Company that she cannot validate and contest her payment to the Company with her credit card company (a dispute she lost). Ms. [redacted]’s Complaint has no merit. She claims that the Company promises a 30 day money back guarantee, but this language does not exist in the Agreement and Ms. [redacted] offers no evidence of such guarantee. She then goes on a nonsensical rant that has nothing to do with her experience with the Company and includes many falsified statements. Even worse, she also calls the Company a scam and “FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD,” which violates the Revdex.com’s rules for content submission for being libelous because it injures the Company directly in respect to its business by imputing false narratives that would have a natural tendency to lessen profits of the Company. For these reasons, we expect permanent removal of the Complaint and this matter considered closed. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions.

From the CONSUMER:Sent 2/6/2018 8:23:23 PM[redacted]Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have been a "client" of yours for 7 months now and the so called "Listing Appointments" I have been provided have been a complete waste of time, for me as well as the person who supposedly wanted to list their home for sale.  NONE wanted list their house, in fact none had even considered selling their home.  One refused to see me because he had not agreed to see anyone.  Then there was the SECOND APPOINTMENT"  WOW!!! Can't wait for that one... JANUARY 3rd of all days. Unfortunately the "prospect/Client" was not home for the "scheduled" appointment.   Your method of getting around these waste of time and energy. You want to replace the appointment.  Well why would I accept a replacement with another waste of time.  Just refund what I paid, and for which you delivered nothing.     Regards,[redacted]

They claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee. They didn't send me my first appointment until April 2016. So there was no way to ask for money back when I never had an appointment to try their program. The way it is set up is to trick you, the appointments never even come within 30 days, and I signed up to receive two appointments, so by the time you get to try the appointments the 30 day fake guarantee is expired. Also in email correspondence they never mentioned a 30 day time limit for refund, I had already attached that. I later found on one of the materials the 30 day thing. Also my rep also told me verbally they didn't want anyone in their program that wasn't happy and that if you weren't happy after they attempted to replace the appointments for you, they would give you your money back. I am beginning to wonder if the Revdex.com, has read all the supportive documents I attached in the previous denial? Please reference back to the documentation took me hours to gather and provide you. This company is scamming people and selling one thing and saying another. It is clear if you just look at it please? It is clear that many people have filed complaints against them when I look on your site? How are you still allowing this scam of a company to be on your membership? Should I contact the attorney generals office? I have also attached some of the local realtors who reviewed them and got scammed by them also. I believe that the Revdex.com is about protecting consumers from companies exactly like this? I think I may need to contact the National Association of Realtors and let them know whats happening. I clearly supported to your organization that this company says they sell listing appointments, then later tries to say they are something else. I don't understand after looking over what I provided you, this is not open and shut? This company FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

To Whom It May Concern:This firm represents SetSchedule, LLC (the “Company”) concerning the complaint made by [redacted] on the Company’s Revdex.com page (ID# [redacted]). The complaint is in violation of the Revdex.com’s rules for content submission because it is false, libelous, and full of statements not...

relevant to the Company’s business, and thus, should be permanently deleted. Ms. [redacted] and the Company entered into a Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) in which the Company agreed to provide appointments with prospective real estate clients to Ms. [redacted]. The Company unequivocally provided these appointments. Despite this, Ms. [redacted] chose to leave a defamatory complaint on the Company’s Revdex.com page.Ms. [redacted]’s statements that the Company is a scam, broke promises and guarantees to her, wasted her time and money, and was unresponsive are untrue and unsubstantiated. The Company is hardly a scam or waste of time and money since it unquestionably provided Ms. [redacted] with the appointments as promised and guaranteed under the Agreement. The Company was also responsive to her needs so her statements otherwise are damaging to the Company. In addition to being false, the statements made by Ms. [redacted] are also libelous because they constitute a false and unprivileged publication that exposes the Company to hatred, contempt, ridicule, and obloquy and have a tendency to injure the Company’s reputation as a result. These statements injure the Company directly in respect to its business by imputing false narratives that have a natural tendency to lessen profits of the Company. The false allegation that the Company is a “scam” implies acts of criminal wrongdoing and was designed to impugn the integrity and damage the business reputation of the Company. Thus, Ms. [redacted]’s narrative was unequivocally libelous and sufficient grounds exist for the Revdex.com to remove the complaint. Ms. [redacted]’s complaint also contains statements that are irrelevant to the Company’s business and should not be on its Revdex.com page. Specifically, Ms. [redacted] details her own experience and background as a realtor, personal actions she plans on taking in the future, and third hand reviews written on other websites by people she doesn’t know. The Company’s Revdex.com page is no place for Ms. [redacted] to promote her own credentials, nor post hearsay about the Company. Sincerely,[redacted] J. [redacted], Esq.
