I find it interesting that I need to wait - days to recieve the details, but my complaint will be closed by the Revdex.com if I have not responded in days. However, I do know what was said to me on the phone. I was told that the bank's policy allows them to cancel the card at any time for any reason. I do accept that this was the answer, but I find it poor business that in essence I was told "tough luck...we aren't going to do anything for you". My only option was to start the whole process over and apply for credit again. I find this extremely poor customer service when the only thing I did "wrong" was not use the card in a timely fashion. I will never do business with this bank again and will make sure to tell anyone I know not to do business with them. This statement will probably mean nothing to the company since I have already seen my business means nothing to them
