We have been going back and forth with a contact at Barclay and after several delayed conversations, the response and resolution that they offered did not meet ANY standards that we were expecting, let alone that were previously discussed by said contactWe've asked for a written document of the entire investigation of our case including all correspondences between us and this merchant from the beginning of our complaint to see how they justified their inappropriate response. In understanding the timeline that the Revdex.com has given us, could it be that the merchant is purposefully dragging their feet in offering this document so that we miss our window to continue this case? Please advise how we are supposed to continue, as the merchant hasn't responded in an appropriate amount of time.Regards,
