I have a US Airways CC with Barkley's BankTheir system is coded incorrectly when credits are processed and deducts miles from my US Airways account when it should add themI have been trying to get this error fixed for CC cyles and can not get anyone to fix an obvious system errorI have had 15+ calls into customer serviceThey clearly and very obviously can not be bothered to service customersThey are disinterested, misinformed and unknowledgeable

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI received your letter dated November 2016, Case Number: The letter does not address the issues I brought to your attention via the Revdex.com and it contains inaccurate information(1) The letter does not mention the Servicemember's Civil Relief Act (SCRA) The SCRA is the fundamental premise of why I contacted UPromise Mastercard Therefore, I find it hard to believe your response does not acknowledge that law and it's requirements(2) The letter reads: "We called you several times to discuss your concern, but were unable to reach you." I have two issues with this statement: First, I continue to tell you that I am forward deployed and cannot talk to you on the phone, but you continue to try to call me and.or ask me to call you Second, I checked my home phone (on record, *** *** for messages There were no message left from UPromise Mastercard I can provide a detail incoming call record to you upon request(3) The letter reads: "Please check your next statement for any adjustments to your account." I checked my last statement dated November There were no explanations of any adjustments on that statementFor these reasons, I am unable to accept your response provided above to my complaint
