I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I checked my account, and they did give me a phone call and finally credited my account the fraudulent charges plus the interest charges It should not have taken this long for me to have received these credits back on my account for these fraudulent charges, however (months) Thank you for all your help I hope this remains available for viewing so others can see how poor their customer service is and I hope they improve their training practices in this regard and teach their employees follow up work is a necessity in their job, or actually doing the work period!
