For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowBarclay is telling me that they sent my money to the federal reserve and it is my responsible to get my money back from them I do not understand why they returned a payment I sent to them directly to a 3rd party which I did not request Now I am being told that I must get my funds from them? If Barclays sent my money then they should assist me to get it backi am caught in the middle My bank/credit union did not request the funds back but Barclay is telling me they did I have no documentation or proof that the funds were requested back Now, I am being told they were sent to a third party and I have to get them back from them with no proof or evidence they were sent anywhere It is being suggested that I pay my credit card bill for a second timei am extremely dissatisfied with this outcome

Barclays has not provided me with an offerThey were unwilling to assist meAt no time were they able to present post marked proof from that they made valid attempts to contact meI have confirmation emails from 2012, showing that I have made payments on the accountA chargeoff was not warrantedFurther, Barclays contends that they sold the debt to a collections company and they were not responsible for me being contactedAt no time was there a collections account on my report that represented this barclays accountFurther, when I paid off the balance in 2015, it was with Barclays directlyNormally, the creditor would not accept payment and would forward the call to the collections companyMs*** did reach out to meShe did not have the decency to take the time to proof read her message to me and spell my name rightIt's an utter lack of respect, decency, and competence that has lead us to this pointI informed Ms*** and her manager that I would not accept anything less than these trade lines being removed from my report, and I stand by that statementI will continue to file complains and disputesThese processes are costly and time consuming and I will put Barclays through it

I received the response in the mail that Barclay sent. It was basically a form letter that did not even address one bit of my complaint (see attached). It's apparent that Barclay refuses to put anything in writing that would implicate them further, and I do not want to discuss any of this over the telephone where I do not have written proof of what is being said. Barclay is outright charging me interest fees for money that is (a) either paid on time or (b) isn't even due yet within the billing cycle. When questioned, I received varying responses from Barclay (see attached correspondence transcript). Here, they admitted to giving me incorrect information, which points to their customer service representatives not even being aware of the company's shady/changing policies.I still expect a credit for the interest fees that I am being overcharged for
