I called about minor charge issues on my Barclaycard Arrival Plus MasterCard Feb 2, approximately EST I'm abroad using the card The customer service representative was unbelievably rude and not helpful When I asked to speak with another representative, I got the "no problem whatsoever" response and spoke with a slightly nicer but still somewhat rough representative which he claims he is "it" about customer service issues Hard to believe that a card like this that requires an excellent credit rating to acquire got some of this clowns for "customer service" This is the first time I called barclaycard for anything and was shocked by the roughness and rudeness of their representatives This card have good perks but I will be reconsidering using a card with lesser perks that I had great customer service experience before

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below*** was extremely rude and was extremely unsympathetic to my issue and concernsI can't imagine that anyone in the Office of the President would attempt to resolve an issue with such a nasty attitude towards me as a customerI'd like for someone else to pick up this issue and resolve this unlike *** didThere is something that can be done*** could care less and her attitude towards me clearly showed thatI'd like for all my credit card relationships to be given a credit line increase so each card has a limit of $20,eachI have many other credit cards with higher limits (Capital One Venture $30,000.00, AMEX $25,etc.) so I can't see this as being an issue at allAll my payments are paid on time as wellI am extremely responsible and I'm able to handle a credit limit such as this with no problemThat would help bring my score back up and help reduce my credit card utilization since the other account can not be reopenedThis is the least that can be done since *** did not want to help me after I expressed how concerned I was with the fact that my credit card was closed and I lost the years of relationship with Barclays on that cardIf I had to deal with *** again, I would never do business with BarclaysHowever, I am very hopeful that someone else can assist me and at the very least, increase my credit card limits to $20,on each of the cards that I have with you nowOne card ends in #0462, and the other ends in #I gladly await the credit limit increases on each card so that some type of resolution can be made and I can move forwardI believe this is a fair resolution to this situation especially after the way *** treated meThank you
