I was never told any of that! They did not once tell me that it was going to be delayed and just kept lying to me!
And for one maybe you should get my name right it is NOT [redacted]!!!! It would be [redacted], so this right here tell you how much they pay attention to their emails and customers!

[redacted]'s order was refunded the day he called. Our system automatically sends a confirmation of the refund to the email address on the order which is what the customer service representative told him. I cannot guarantee that [redacted] or anyone receives the email confirmation as it is done...

automatically and something could have happened with the program as [redacted] said he did not receive the email however our system is designed to automatically send one. Below is a copy of the refund which is what [redacted] should have received had the email gone through. It is our policy not to allow customer's to cancel orders as a great deal of our orders are shipped directly from the vendors and the logistics to ensure that an order has not shipped is difficult. Most of our customer calls are answered within 3 minutes and rarely longer so I am surprised that [redacted] called 3 times and had to wait 10 minutes each time but I apologize for the wait.

They haven't done anything. They leave me with no option but to get the ring fixed at my cost. Which I think is not right. Because they claim that it wasn't manufacturing defect. But they don't know if it was or wasn't. It's just easier for them to say it was the customers fault. So I'm not satisfied. Feeling backed into a corner. i have talked to a few jewellers and they have also agreed with me that it should not have happened and there had to be something not right when it was set... I guess we have no other option but to pay the extra 1100$ and reflect negativity towards this company... My girlfriend will be writing negative reviews about this site so no one else has the same issue when buying jewellery. Maybe stop them from buying it all together...  Also upon receiving the ring after the stone has been replaced I will e taking it to my local jewelry store having it appraised and also checked to ensure authenticity as well as quality and to ensure this does not happen again.. if anything comes back and is different from what they say it is we will be contacting the Revdex.com again as well as the shark store company..

Unfortunately there are some disagreements and disparities in the stories presented. In every correspondence, you asked Shark Stores where was the balance of the order and never told us to cancel. Also, you never informed us you moved and did not ask us to change the shipping address. As presented previously, the tracking was accurate and not weak. Please return the merchandise and we will credit your items.  Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  I spoke directly with [redacted] of support at Sharkstores, and she sincerely apologized for the mistake.  She went out of her way to meet my requests to make me satisfied, which included a refund.  I checked and my credit card had been properly refunded very quickly.  She also explained what caused the issues, and what they are doing as a company to improve their customer service going forward.  I am very happy with the final resolution and handling by [redacted] and Sharkstores.

I believe that what I wanted was to get my products in the amount of time that I was told! I also think I even talked to you about the matter and you never once tole me it was going to be delayed!! It's pretty bad when the [redacted] doesn't know whats going on in her own department!! I will make a bigger deal out of $20 than it is probably worth, but I have the time to do that!!!

I spoke with [redacted](our customer) on the phone informing him that the shipment was delayed by our direct drop ship vendor and that the order would ship out by July ** 2014. For any reason he does not receive his order we will be most happy to refund his order. We also spoke about the [redacted]...

issue which is being worked on by the owner of the site. I apologized to [redacted] for the inconvenience this caused .

I explicitly stated that I had received only the watch in my very first communications with them.  They responded by saying that Ihad received the entire shipment, providing me with the tracking number for the shipment of the watch as their "proof.". I pointed out that this was clearly not the case as the quoted package weight was much too light. Their response was to then - two weeks after I filed my complaint and asked for my money back - quickly generate a new [redacted] shipment, sending a mis-typed tracking code as more weak "evidence." After I called them out on this they corrected their "typo" claiming it had never happened in the first place (check the transcripts). LET ME BE VERY CLEAR TO YOU:  AT NO TIME DURING THIS COMPLAINT PROCESS DID I ASK FOR YOU TO SHIP THE ITEMS.I DO NOT WON'T THE ITEMS. YOU DO NOT NOR DID YOU EVER NEED MY CORRECTED ADDRESS. YOU NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY.

If they have no idea what happened to the ring how come the blame is landing on the customer ? After it was worn for two day. Sounds like a manufacturing defect. If there was any other product that broke after two days what would be done with the defective product.  We offered to return the ring for inspection. Were is the customer service? I understand that they're a deal a day company that had 10 mil net profit last year  I'm just a blue collar employee looking for a reason and either replacement or a full refund of a product that after 2 days broke!

on our jewelry to our customers. As there are many factors that can occur to allow a stone to fall out of an engagement ring- many of which have nothingto do with the ring quality, we  cannot replace this stone without charging the customer the cost of the stone.
