Review: I placed a Christmas order with the company on 12/**/13 but the product has not been received or shipped from the company. I have contacted the company multiple times via phone and email. The fist time via phone I was told the company has 6-10 business days to ship. The 2, 3 & 4th calls via phone when to an automated message stating they are handling all issues via email. I have tried contacting them via email 3 times. The first time I emailed 12/**/13 they responded (12/**/13) and I was told the business has 2-10 days to ship. The second time I emailed 12/**/13 and they responded (12/**/13) and I was told there is a delay with the order. I am still waiting for a response to my email from 1/**/14.

I feel like I am getting the run-around on my order and very poor service.

Review: I ordered a watch on 8/*/2013, order # [redacted]. It was for a Casio G Shock GA150MF-8A (black). The watch I received was incorrect so I called and spoke to a rep and she said that they accidentally sent my watch to another person and I received that person’s watch. She told me that she would send me a return UPS label so that I can return the watch and that the other person had already sent my watch back.

I returned the wrong watch and it shows that they received it on 8/**/2013. I’ve been calling the 800 number for the past two weeks but every time I get the message that you are closed. I wanted to know the status of my watch. Could you please respond to my email? I should have gotten the correct watch by now. Today I was put on hold and left there. Sharkstores has my money, I want my merchandise. Review: I have tried numerous time to contact Customer Service at Shark Stores regarding the 1000W Sylvania Steam Cleaner I purchased on 7/**/2013. They provided me with a reference # ([redacted]) on 8/**/2013 and stated they have contacted the manufacturer and I would be sent a new steamer. To date, I have not received a replacement. I emailed Customer Service on 8/**/13, 8/**/13, & 9/*/13 looking for a status on my replacement steamer. Additionally, I have called Customer Service and waited, on hold, for long periods of time only to be told to leave a message and someone will get back to me. I have done this and to date, I haven't even received a return phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like the steamer to be replaced at no cost to me. I would like this to occur immediately as it has been nearly two mos. since I placed my order. The device failed to work after using it for 10 minutes. I cannot get the product to work and want it replaced.

Review: I made an order on Oct [redacted], 2013 of $372.94. I received a phone call on the Oct. [redacted], 2013 saying that they had experienced a technical problem and that my card was charged 4 times. They promptly cancelled 3 of the charges leaving the one charge in force. They apologized for the issue and said they would discount my order for my trouble. I have yet to receive my order or anything else. I have sent 7 or 8 emails and tried to contact them by phone 15 or 20 times to no avail. I tried to fax to the number that the Revdex.com has on record ###-###-####, and it goes to some other voice line at another company! I am appalled that a company with this many complaints can still do business with the public.Desired Settlement: Send the merchandise, or send the money...immediately!

Worst customer service ever! They said they shipped my order of really expensive sunglasses but never gave an actual tracking number. Every time I call the lady said she couldn't give me any information, but not to worry because they will eventually show up. It's been 3 weeks going on 4 that we placed the order and I still do not have an accurate shipping/tracking number and I do not have the product I paid a lot of money for. This place is a scam and I would never ever reccomend this place to ANYONE.

Review: I'd purchased a BCBG watch from this company and became defective soon after receiving the product. No warranty available because manufacture said Sharkstore is not an authorized dealer so the warranty is void. I worked out a return with Sharkstore for future store credit. I received the RMA and mailing label from Sharkstore which I mailed out promptly. The package was shown as received on 08/**/2013. After a week later, I did not get any notification from Sharkstore regarding the credit and decided to contact the customer service department. I've been using all forms of communications (email, phone, fax) for the past 1 month and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. No one answering the phone, message machine indicting store closed during regular business hours, email not being returned, etc. I'm under the impression that the customer service department is non-existence. As of today, I am still trying to get in touch with someone from the business and awaiting my credit(that I no longer desired, and instead, a full refund at this point).

In reference to my complaint ID [redacted], we had the chance to speak on the phone today in regards to the business's reply of a "store credit". Here are a few reason this response would not be of use to me.

- Upon returning the defective merchandise, a store credit is what SharkStore had promise to issue, but is still unable to verify or use to this date due to the lack of communication on the their end. As mentioned in the original complaint, I've put forth best effort to get in contact with the business for over a month using all methods possible resulting in no one answering back.

- Given that I've made the complaint with Revdex.com over 2 months ago and only to receive a response from the them recently, shows the extreme lack of communication effort from SharkStore and how this "store credit" which probably require talking to a live person in order to use it, seems unrealistically useful or next to impossible.

Taken that Sharkstore is an internet based where orders are placed online, in order for this "store credit" to be meaningful, it will have to be in the form of a "coupon/promo code" which I can input during ordering on their webpage, without having to call in to talk to a live person.

With all that said, please update my complaint file status until the case is resolve. Thanks for any help in advance.

You do not need to talk to a live person you can just do the one of following options to be able to use your coupon:

Email me ([redacted] )your order and we will place it for you using the coupon. Or place an order with Shark Stores(this requires using your credit card though) . Once placed, email me your order number and we will refund your credit card either the full amount or partial amount of your $94 whatever you use for the order.

I called 6 times to request status, and each time was told I would receive a call back, that day with no response.

Tried calling back, said the only way to contact them would be email til end of year. So I emailed several times. Today, I finally did receive part of my order. I have tried contacting this company by telephone several times only to hear their greeting that they are not taking calls due to heavy volume and only responding to emails. I have sent 3 emails to them over the past week inquiring about my order and each time receive an automatically generated response saying that my email has been received and a case has been generated and being investigated with no further contact or follow-up. I have recently read through the complaint history for this company on the Revdex.com website and see that this is their normal mode of business…take orders, receive payment, do not ship, refund money upon complaint to Revdex.com. Why does this company have an A rating with the Revdex.com when they treat their Customers like this? SharkStores is simply playing a game with the Revdex.com by continuing to treat their Customers badly, delivering no performance and still getting rewarded from the Revdex.com with an A. In my mind, this degrades the value of the Revdex.com rating with this company and makes you wonder what other companies have high ratings but are performing poorly. Just because they close the complaints in a timely manner doesn’t mean they deserve a high rating. Look at their performance, Customer complaints and poor treatment over time. Doesn’t the Revdex.com consider the quantity of complaints when awarding a grade? Wake up Revdex.com!Desired Settlement: I would like a formal accounting of the delay and lack of customer response as I have requested in the emails that I sent to them. Additionally, I would like the product mailed as ordered with overnight delivery to compensate for the long delay. Any additional compensation would be welcomed. I would also like for the Revdex.com to more deeply investigate this company and lower their rating of SharkStores to something more appropriate based on their Customer treatment and performance.

Review: I purchased a Citizen Ecodrive watch from Chronoshark, owned by Sharkstores LLC (Order # [redacted] placed Oct ** 2009). This watch has malfunctioned and stopped working a number of times since I purchased it. Since chronoshark (sharkstores) is not an authorized citizen dealer/reseller, Citizen, USA will not repair this watch under the 5 year warrant for this watch. I therefore requested sharkstores to get this watch repaired under the Sharkstores concierge service program (-------) I originally purchased this watch for my father who tragically passed away in 2011 and this watch passed on to me as a fond memory of him. I talked to [redacted] in Sharkstores customer service multiple times regarding this issue and also tried to contact [redacted] (Sharkstores owner) to get help but to no avail. I have sent more than 20 emails and called many times but have not received any help from Sharkstores despite their clearly stated warranty program (see below) --------
