Review: I ordered multiple products from sharkstores.com on 12/*/ 13. The order indicates an average shipping of 2-3 business days, but may take up to 10. It has now been 13 business days and not only have I not received the items I've ordered, they have not even left the warehouse. I have tried to contact them by phone but they are refusing to answer. I've contacted them via email and also received no response in almost a week. But mind you they did hesitate to charge me for these products immediately upon ordering them. This is not the first time they have delayed shipping products and their customer service is unconcerned and or unavailable.

Order #[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like immediate shipping of my product via same day mail. A minimum of 50% of my costs returned and sharkstores A rating reduced.

Review: Ordered the advertised special Casio Watch on Dec **. My VISA card has been charged. Their order status page shows only that my card info has b.een "captured" and that the item has not yet shipped. They should NOT charge me until it is shipped and it has been over 1 week since the order.

ALSO: I wrote them a message on their own web page form, AND called twice and left messages inquiring about the order, both to get the status and possibly change the shipping address so I could have it in time for X-mas once I realized how slow this bus iness was going to be in fulfillment.

NO REPLY AT ALL to any of these messages in a full week.

I want the product immediately or my $$ refunded my next steps are to call VISA and go to small claims court.

Thank you for your help. I can't believe you give this company an "A" rating after reading about them - I wish I had researched them before ordering. Just because they resolve things "eventually" (a month late?) does not merit an "A" rating IMHO.Desired Settlement: Immediate shipment of order (they charged my credit card) or immediate refund in full plus damages for aggravation and what seems to me to be deceptive business practices.

I have since found out the item in question was actually shipped and delivered, but the business still had not updated the shipping advice or provided any tracking info.

Review: I placed an order for an item on ** June 2014 and it has not been delivered and the online account information page shows it as not been shipped. Their FAQ shows that shipping happens with 2-10 days of order. I contacted them twice via their online form and they have told me the item was shipped from a drop ship vendor and there is no shipping information. Another tim they had said that the order was "lost" in transit. As of this writing it has been over a month and I still do not have any shipment tracking information let alone a shipping status.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my order delivered overnight and my order discounted for the length of the delay.

Initially the customer's order was shipped out on time by our drop ship vendor.After the customer's second inquiry about his order, we found that the shipment had been lost and told the customer we would have our vendor ship another oregon camcorder. The customer was shipped out another one , at SharkStore expense, overnight.

Review: I ordered an item from this business several weeks ago and was charged for it. The item never came and their website still states "not shipped." I have sent them 3 emails and called twice. Both times I called (within their business hours), I was asked to leave a voicemail so they could get back to me. Both times, I left me name, phone number, email address, and order number. I have received ZERO emails from them, ZERO phone calls, and NO refund.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would just like a status of my order. All I ask is that someone call me or email me back and provide reasons for the delay. If this can't be done, I'd like a refund immediately.

When you call they mention being overwhelmed b/c of holiday and to email thru end of December, well it's now mid January and they are not taking calls and not responding to email so far either.

Don't understand they A rating with Revdex.com when they are not responsive to the customerDesired Settlement: Information as to next step I can take.

Review: I purchased a Citizen's Eco Drive Watch from [redacted] on 6/**/2014

The watch was advertised as fully authentic and coming with 5 year warranty, the watch did not come with a warranty card and an email sent to [redacted] on 10/**/2014 and also resent three times after this has not had any response from the company. The watch's outer face is badly misaligned causing the hands to not be pointing to the correct corresponding outer minute markers.This email detailing my inquiry is below.

I've made numerous attempts to contact the company via their customer support forms, direct email, and phone. I've received no refund. The original purchase was via PayPal. I contacted PayPal directly, and they confirmed that there was no refund. A complaint was lodged with PayPal, but that closed without being resolved.

If you have a unique transaction ID for a refund, which all PayPal refunds have, then please produce it. Otherwise, you should issue a refund now.

My original PayPal complaint asked for a full refund with return of the item, or a refund of half the purchase price while keeping the item.

Once again, the original SharkStores invoice number was [redacted].

Review: I have placed 3 separat orders within 2 business days with Shark Stores, they immediately charged my credit card, were paid and my account online simply states " order not yet shipped". I attempted to call them and hear only a recording stating that they will only communicate via email for the rest of the year. I have sent 2 emails and received back only a vague response with no information as to when my $392 worth of products will be shipped. We are now days before Christmas and I fear no resolution. I have ordered from them for years and recommended many people to them. They seem to no longer need my business, money, recommendations or respect. I tried calling them numerous times a day for over a week about my order. And keep getting we are closed call back during working hours 9-6 and 9-5 which I do. And still nothing.
