Review: I have ordered a 3DS XL on this website, because they have a promotion discount about that game consoler. I have waited for more than three weeks, and during that time, I called them couple times asked about my order, they always told me they will ship it soon or my porches is ready to shipping. last time I called them was july [redacted], and they gave me a promise that they would ship my order at july [redacted]. yet, I got a conformation email from sharkstores told me that they could not ship my order because of no reason. Even I got my refund, but I do not think a company is rated A on Revdex.com should lie to their customers.Desired Settlement: All I wish is hope they can offer me what they promised, and I hope I can have a personal call from them to apologize to me.

I explicitly stated that I had received only the watch in my very first communications with them. They responded by saying that Ihad received the entire shipment, providing me with the tracking number for the shipment of the watch as their "proof.". I pointed out that this was clearly not the case as the quoted package weight was much too light. Their response was to then - two weeks after I filed my complaint and asked for my money back - quickly generate a new [redacted] shipment, sending a mis-typed tracking code as more weak "evidence." After I called them out on this they corrected their "typo" claiming it had never happened in the first place (check the transcripts). LET ME BE VERY CLEAR TO YOU: AT NO TIME DURING THIS COMPLAINT PROCESS DID I ASK FOR YOU TO SHIP THE ITEMS.I DO NOT WON'T THE ITEMS. YOU DO NOT NOR DID YOU EVER NEED MY CORRECTED ADDRESS. Unfortunately there are some disagreements and disparities in the stories presented. In every correspondence, you asked Shark Stores where was the balance of the order and never told us to cancel. Also, you never informed us you moved and did not ask us to change the shipping address. As presented previously, the tracking was accurate and not weak. Review: On 7/*/2014 I purchased 2 items from Sharkstore. One was a Soleus Go Activity bracelet for $89.00 and the other a 1.30 Carat TWClarity Brilliant Cut Canary Yellow and Whote Genuine Diamond Ring in 14K white gold w AGI Lab Certificate for $1,195.00. The bracelet came in sufficient time, but it took awhile to receive the ring. I have shopped with Sharkstore many times in the past and always received my items on time and had decent service. I inquired about the ring being late and it took some time to hear back from customer service. The ring I purchased as engagement ring and it eventually came before the end of July. We received the ring and we were happy with it up until a stone fell out of it. Having spent a good amount of money on a ring I was concerned. The ring was only 5 months old and I called and emailed for several days to talk to someone about the ring. My messages were not returned and then on,12/**/2014, I received an email from [redacted]. The email stated that they are sorry about my fiancé losing the stone but we would have to pay for the stone to be replaced. First off my fiancé' does not wear the ring in the shower she wears the ring on her non dominat hand and it never struck against anything. She did not lose the stone it fell out. I followed up the email on 12/**/2014 stating that I am a loyal customer and would like to speak with a [redacted]. I also called several times since then and no one has gotten back to me. We believe that Sharkstore should replace and repair this item at no cost to us.Desired Settlement: The ring is only 5 going on 6 months old. We would like the small diamond to be replaced and repaired at no cost to us.

Our policy on stone replacement for engagement rings is that we will reset the ring for free and charge the customer our cost for the stone.We are not a full price jewelry online site or store with 50% markups. We workon very tight margins so we are able to offer great deals on our jewelry to our customers. As there are many factors that can occur to allow a stone to fall out of an engagement ring- many of which have nothingto do with the ring quality, we cannot replace this stone without charging the customer the cost of the stone.

Since this time, I've not received a shipping notification, nor have I received the product. Review: On September *, 2013, I placed the order # [redacted]. The credit card was billed right away. 14 days after the purchase, I contacted SharkStores by phone, and was lucky enough to speak with a life person. The representative promised to look into the complaint and contact me by phone. During the next 10 days I left 3 voice messages requesting a cancellation of the order. I also sent en email requesting cancellation of the order. I received no contact whatsoever. Not by phone, nor by email. I called at least 50 times, trying to reach a life representative, but even if you are the first caller in line, the system still sends you the messaging box. Therefore, the conclusion that I reached is that SharkStores LLC, do not answer any calls, unless by mistake, and do not contact the customer back to solve the issues that incur. SharkStores LLC, does not attend to help customers unless Revdex.com is contacted. Therefore, please help me get this issue solved.Desired Settlement: SharkStores LLC needs to cancel my order. Also, the business needs to have life representative who WILL answer customers' calls and CONTACT the customers back. Also, customers' emails should be answered and the issues should be solved. Review: This company is such a joke, and the fact that the Revdex.com gives them an "A" greatly undermines the validity of the Revdex.com. I placed an order with this company May [redacted] and my CC was charged immediately. It said the order should ship within 1-2 business days. A while after it did not ship within this timeframe, I sent a message to support and was told I would get a response in 1 business day. No response. Called support, waited for 30 min and then was forced to leave a voicemail, which also said I should receive a response in 1 business day. Still nothing. Since then I have sent numerous messages to support, and left numerous voicemails. I never received a single response. Now it has been three weeks since I placed order, and not one response to my requests. Finally I sent them the below message yesterday morning. I even gave them an extra 24 hours longer then I said I would, yet they never bothered to respond. They clearly have no regard for their customers, and seem to be comfortable the Revdex.com will not reduce their rating no matter what they do.

Message sent yesterday morning:

"This is my last message, if no response by COB contacting filing Revdex.com complaint. Order placed may [redacted], CC charged. Most orders ship in 1-2 days, 10 max. Been much longer. Have left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails over past two weeks. And have yet to receive a single response despite your "within a day" response time promised. This is a joke. What kind of company are you running? You think u can charge people's cards and then just ignore their repeated requests for an explanation why order has not shipped 19 days after placement? They were selling fake Prada saffiano men's wallet on Groupon. I will file a complaint with Groupon. They falsely advertised to be Prada and even attached the history of Prada company in their description. They advertised that item will be delivered within 7 days of purchase date. I didn't receive my package until 16 days later. This company sells fraudulent goods. Do not ever buy anything!!! Be aware!!!

Review: I ordered a product (Michael Kors handbag) from their website on 8/**/2013 at 7pm for $308.00. Immediately upon ordering, my credit card was charged the full amount. I selected the free shipping method, which said the order would be shipped within 5-10 business days (at latest by 8/**/13). After calling multiple times during their business hours only to get a message saying they are closed and to call back during normal business hours.

I was able to get through and speak with someone on one occasion who apologized for not having it shipped - this was on 8/**/13 - and said I would be upgraded to free overnight delivery. I thought that was a good deal and a tracking number appeared on 8/**/13 with a status saying that the item " Shipped via UPS on 8/**/2013 11:08:00 AM Tracking Number: [redacted] " However, UPS has no recollection of the item being shipped other than they had generated a tracking number, though anyone can generate a tracking number.

I just want the hand bag and for this to be all over with. I paid $308 for this item and I would like it now.Desired Settlement: If Sharkstores cannot deliver my order or provide tracking details that I can verify from UPS that the item is in route, I would like the total amount refunded by 9/*/13.

On August [redacted], I received my order and initiated an online complaint with Shark Stores concerning the quality of the stone.

I just received my shipment of the 2.3 Carat E SI2 Genuine Diamond Ring. I'm so disappointed in the quality of the stone that I cannot give this ring as a gift to the woman I'm in love with. The stone is so crazed that it appears that the pavilion is split preventing any type of brilliance or shine from the diamond. To me the concept of SI2 is slightly included, but this wouldn't prevent a sparkle, this stone has no sparkle and is very dull. How can we resolve this situation? **

Their website stated that they would respond within 24 hours (I assumed only during regular business hours)

Since this response, I've heard nothing from the company. As others have stated that calling their phone number, the office is closed during business hours.

To whom it may concern,

Over the past weekend, I had the ring, that I purchased from your company appraised. The jeweler determined that the stone was not a SI2 as the sales offer suggested. The valuation came back as an I2 - which is much lower quality than what I was supposed to receive.

I want to return this ring and get my money back. Please initiate a RMA as soon as possible - since I didn't get what you offered me in this transaction.

Review: I placed the other on 7/**. Waited two weeks and notice the shipping status on website say "Not Yet". Follow up with an email to customer service on 8/**. Got response on the [redacted] about their company runs on a unique model. They take the order from customer and place order with seller. The process can take up to 10 days and they are experiencing delay. They are expecting the item will get to their warehouse that week. On 8/**, the shipping status still did not change on their website. I called during business hour according to their website and got a voice recording that the business is close for the day (at 2PM EST). I follow up with another email to customer service and did not get a response. Sent another follow up email on 9/* and got a response on 9/* requesting for my order number. I responded the same day and got a response on 9/* saying that they are expecting a slight delay and will ship the item once they receive it. I reply to the same email requesting an actual shipping day and did not hear from SharkStores since then.Desired Settlement: I need to know when will I be getting the product I order on 7/** (today is 09/**) which SharkStores has no problem charge me right away.

Review: I purchased 3 pair of sunglasses. 1 pair broke the 2nd time I wore them. I spent 2 weeks attempting to contact Sharkstores until I finally got an email from [redacted] in cust service. The case # is [redacted]. She said she would send me a new pair of glasses on Sept *. I have not rec'd anything and when I try to contact them by phone, I am told to leave a message (I have left several) and I have emailed them and have rec'd no response. Please just send me the glasses or refund my money.

I have wasted several hours on this VERY annoying claim.

I am now going to contact VISA and request that the charge be refunded immediately.

I believe that Sharkstores only replaced my sunglasses because of this complaint. I still have no confidence in this business!

Review: I ordered products for which I was charged by credit card. SHarkstores did not properly label the package so it was according to UPS returned to Sharkstore. I have called to ask Sharkstore to resend the order to the correct address. THey do not respond to calls, emails, messages, etc. In fact, for much of August, you could not even get through to their phone. Whenever you call, you are on hold awhile and then asked to leave a message. I have left multiple messages but no one returns my calls. So, they charged me for items months ago that have not been delivered. They do not respond to emails or telephone messages. And, they have a phone system that essentially prohibits most callers from getting through.
