Sharp Manufacturing and Contracting

It has been great having this company do the workI have such a fantastic opinion of the work done so farMy clients have all seen what has been done so far and also can't wait to see the finished productThey are very interested into getting work done on their own properties as well

Sharp Contracting does not pay attention to the details, and as a result I've had to call them out several times to do basic work that should have been done the first time
I feel sorry for the secretary that has to take calls from dissatisfied customers
I had scheduled them to come out and fix fading in the colored cementI moved chairs and padio furniture and cleaned the patio (I didn't want them to just paint over dust and grime without cleaning it),TWICE they made up excuses to rescheduleI love when you plan your day accordingly and they call and reschedule
The last time they came out they said it was going to take all dayTwo guys showed up and restained some areasAfter two hours they said they would be back and never showed up
When I called to complain, I was connected to the general managerHe was rude, disrespectful, and argumentative he was with me on the phoneHe then rescheduled another visit which to find out for the second time now they need to reschedule
This is not how to do business with customers
The different crews need better quality controlSend someone to inspect the workHave more than one person to do touch upsHave better communication with the customerVery BASIC
As of today I'm still waiting to have them reschedule to have the work done right

I wanted to update my pool deck and redo my patio and found this company after looking around for a whileThe process was simple and I didn't have any trouble getting it scheduled or completedI can see the good quality that comes from this company and I'm grateful that everything is done nowMy family and friends love how my backyard looks now, and it's just in time for the 4th of JulyThe ability to use our pool again and have BBQ's is amazing

I just wanted to say how thankful I am to have Sharp Contracting do such great workI noticed that their employees did a lot of hard work on our yard We are very happy with the results, and everyone is impressed with their work

The crew left while, I had a cox person here so I didn't take the time to go out an look at their work, but told them I didn't have any doubts that it was a good jobI had watched them off and on during the time they were working and was very impressed at how carefully they were doing the jobWhen I had a chance I went out to look at the deck and it is beautifulI have been impressed with the professionalism from the time a package came in the mail with the company information, to the scheduler who had to change dates a couple of times and definitely to the gentlemen who did the work todayThey were pleasant, efficient, and did a nice jobAs I said it seemed like so much going on while they were here I neglected to give them some cold waterThat is always important to me to supply them with cool waterThat is something I always do for people working in our yard and of all workers these were the I wish I hadn't neglectedI've had other jobs done back there these last weeks and this is the one I felt I got such a dealWith all the discounts it was a very fair priceI had a tile guy to replace cap tiles and because I refused to pay $extra for work that had already been included in the price came back and smashed three of the new tilesNow I have to find someone to do the removal and replacement of themSo yo see why I appreciate a company that is what your company isI know this will mess up the area around those tiles and they left some touch up paint for meThank you

My husband has been wanting a nice BBQ forever, but I told him he can't have it unless I get my nice backyardHe finally caved and we now have both a nice backyard and BBQ area thanks to Sharp ContractingThe were very professional as they worked, and my new BBQ island looks great with the BBQ my husband picked outI can't believe how much of a difference there is between how my backyard used to look and how it looks nowI'm happy to spend time out there on less hot days, and especially as it starts to get nice outside

I think that everything is beautiful and I’m very happy with the work this company provided

The crew was the hardest working group of guys I have ever had, they worked non-stop, and did an excellent job They were also extremely nice and helpful The stamped concrete looks beautiful and I'm excited to relax outside with my beautiful landscaping

January of I had my entire patio, around my pool and slab for a Gazebo doneWhen I could not get my pool fence back up-they came out and cleaned out the filled in holes and other tape leftShortly after that I noticed sprinkler heads where cemented over, I called and they said they could not get anyone out for weeks, I asked if I could get my landscaper to fix and never got a response backI fixed those myself In May I noticed nails left in the rim of my pool and cracks (over a foot Long) this started a frustrating month long calls & no show appointments on their side where upon threat of contacting the Registrar of Contractors they finally came outThe color on the patch job is terrible (cracks still noticeable) repair men left within minutes without letting me know so I don't know if patch color will change or if their work was completed
Messy work or repairs happproblem if company handled it in a timely fashion or even better had a manager inspect completed jobs This company does neither

We are so happy with the new back patio that we had built for us by you guysIt looks great, and it feels wonderful to have something that looks nice instead of our plain concrete we had out there beforeI've bugged my husband about getting our backyard ready for the past year, and I'm glad at least part of it is done nowWe've still got more work to do, but you guys have helped us to have a start and be motivated to finish up the work we want down in our backyard

Misleading and shady business practices; Extremely poor customer service; Less than favorable work

The work looks fantastic! I'm happy to have the project over and done withIt's always satisfying to know that you had a large project in front of you, but did not have to do it yourselfThe company did a great job with the stamped concrete and walkway that I asked forIt looks great and I think my house stands out much more than my neighbors now

I really enjoyed the whole process of using sharp contractingStarting with the estimator that came out to review our wish list that we had for our front yardHe was very knowledgeable about the product, and was prepared to take measurements and give us a general idea of the product we wantedWe made a selection and then went to pick colors a few weeks later at the showroomIt's a beautiful show room and really gives a great idea of what the stamped concrete that we wanted will look likeWe just had the crew finish up a few weeks ago, and we are very happy with how it looks

I had a job done recently at my house in Sun CityThe estimator that came out arrived on time and was courteous and professionalAll aspects of the job were explained along with the pricingThe team arrive a bit later than I expected, but still within the time frame I was toldWhen the work started they worked well together, and without any delaysThe supervisor had complete control of his workersThe crew cleaned up all the debris very well when the job was finished

I have had the same driveway since I purchased my house, and decided that it was looking rather dingyI decided that I wanted to look at improving the way my driveway and walkway up to my house looked, and eventually found Sharp ContractingI had an estimator out, and decided to do the workIt looks so nice now that the work is finishedI feel like my new driveway makes my house look brand new, and my family almost doesn't recognize it since it's so much different than how it was

I'm confident I have one of the best backyards in my neighborhood nowI had a lot of work done in my backyard, and now have a very nice patio, new landscaping, a putting green, and altogether a nice finished backyardI have already enjoyed my putting green many times, and when the kids come over they love to go out and place little barriers and things to make it harder for themselvesIt's very nice to relax on my new patio while I watch them as wellI'm impressed with how everything turned out, and happy that it's done

I updated my front walkway and back patio with Sharp ContractingI think it looks so much better and I'm excited to see the reactions that I get at my Fourth of July party when my friends and family see the new work that was done! It looks great!
