I'm very satisfied with the results of the work that I just had finishedIt felt like a long process, but that's really just due to the heat that is coming backI decided I wanted to be outside to watch the guys work, and they seemed very proficient in their workI was always able to ask questions as they worked, and I found myself trusting them more and moreI'm happy that my stamped concrete looks so nice, and I'm excited to be in my yard relaxing again

We had stamped concrete installed, the job was not done correctlyWe have cracking the concrete looks smudged together and we have chipping and the color did not come out after months it still looks gray

I wanted to say how impressed I am with how my new fake grass looksIt makes me feel like I have a perfectly green lawn, while I have the comfort of knowing that it is nearly maintenance freeI'm happy with how smooth the whole process wasI have been waiting to show off my new lawn, and now I can! I will definitely be using my new lawn, and my kids absolutely love it already

The two men that did our pool decking were so nice but the job was not professionally done It took a month to get an appointment with a supervisor I had to change the window of time because of a work conflict I guess the man didn't get the memo because he showed up (apparently) while I was at work When I called to ask why nobody showed up he chewed me out because I wasn't there HE WOULDN'T LISTEN TO ME AND CONTINUED TO PUT THE BLAME ON ME WHEN I HAD CALLED THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THE NEW TIME WAS FINE I am not in the habit of standing up people when I have made an appointment Long story short, I can not work with this company Honestly my husband and I should've done the work ourselves and saved $ If you are interested in seeing pictures of the work that was done I would be happy to show you

I decided it was about time to replace my old driveway as it was getting several cracks, and had straight up indents from the path I drive everydayI got a quote from Sharp Contracting and everything sounded great so I had them come outI switched out all the pavers in my driveway and redid my walkway up to my houseIt looks absolutely amazing nowIt also makes a huge different being able to have a flat drive into my garage instead of all the bumps and indentsI'm very happy with how it looks and turned out, and found that the employees were very helpful through the whole process

The workers were efficient and skilledTheir work was acceptable though slightly different from what was describedThe results are at present very nice, but their clean up was less thorough than expected

On August 17, I hired Sharp Contracting to "install" a stamped concrete coating on my patio The workers oversprayed onto my house and doors The floor has numerous drips from the machine they used, making the floor look "splotchy" The workers returned on October 3, to correct the problems The workers did not correct the problemsThe floor has many drip spots and looks terribleThey painted part of the house they oversprayed on, but did not paint all of oversprayI ended up repainting the house and doors When I contacted the owner on numerous occasions asking for the floor to be stripped and redone he said no, we can't please you, and I am only concerned about new customers, not fixing problems from completed jobs ,

I had a great experience with Sharp ContractingI got stamped concrete through them and it looks fantastic! I'm very happy with how everything turned out, and the crew worked really hard as wellI'm impressed with how well they worked together to finish the job on time

We are very disappointed with our dealings with Sharp Contracting They put in a stamped concrete patio in our back yard We were disappointed that the color was very light Not like the sample at their store They said it would darken up after it was sealed It didn't Then we had some cracks They came out and tried to cover them up It didn't We still have cracks Then many white blotches appeared on it They said that was "effervescence" and it would go away when it got warmer It didn't They said they would send someone out to fix it in about 3-weeks It took weeks for someone to come out Apparently the white blotches were where the stain did not soak in to the concrete and the bare concrete was showing He started putting more stain on the blotches At first it was very light amount When we complained that we could still see the white he started putting it on heavier Now we have areas of dark stain (still with white blotches) and the old lighter areas (still with white blotches) It looks worse than before It appears we will have to pay someone else to come out and fix it

By the way I have to tell you that I was very impressed by your crew The speed and quality of the work, so far, is exemplary I saw the work book the foreman had showing the plan, the photos etc and it shouts ‘professionalism and planning’I was very impressed and relieved It showed me, without you guys saying a word, that you really take my small project seriously Kudos to you all

I recently finished my front yard with stamped concrete, artificial grass, and edgingI am happy to say that I have a wonderful new landscape in my front yard thanks to Sharp ContractingI'm also excited about having a fairly maintenance free yard nowIt was really difficult and tying to worry about keeping my yard green and weed freeI cna how how much nicer my house looks in comparison with my neighbors, and I love that I can show it off! I feel like it was a smooth process, and didn't have any issues with it

I am very happy with how my front yard turned out! The grass looks wonderful and I have a nice new edging to go with itI also got some replacement rock to go around my grass section since I have lost a lot of rock over the yearsMy front yard looks night and day better than it used to and I'm very happy with the whole projectThe people I talked with were always helpful, and I felt like I knew exactly how much was left to complete my project at each step

I looked at a few different options to do my front yard before deciding to go with Sharp ContractingI found that they were the most helpful and friendly people among the ones that I talked withI have a nice green lawn now because of them, and a nice edging for it as wellThank you for the hard work!

My garage has been a mess for years, and my children recently helped me clean it outAfter having cleaned it out I realized just how old and gross my garage floor is so I looked around for someone to fix it upI found Sharp Contracting and got an estimate from them for my garage floorThe estimator was very pleasant and I was able to ask as many questions as I neededThe workers who came out seemed hot so I offered them water while they workedIt seemed to be an easy job and they finished relatively quicklyI'm happy that I've got a nice new garage floor now, and it makes a huge difference!

We are in a contentious negotiations with this company over a repair job We hired them to put in a sidewalk along the side of our house connecting to the pool The initial concrete job was satisfactory The stamping final product also looked good but that is where the problem began The crew never put a tape across the walkway and as a result the landscapers walked and ran a lawn mower over it before it was dry Needless to say the walk was damaged I contacted Sharp about this to have them come out and try to repair the damage There has been nothing but trouble since The repair job is awful! The color and texture isn't even close to the rest of the walk The landscapers paid for their error, but the error was really Sharps for not putting a tape across the wet work The manager is being very rude and called us unreasonable and uncooperative to work with REALLY?? Many bad reviews on Yelp with the same kinds of issues

I love our new stamped concrete! I love the quality that comes from Sharp ContractingIt was a smooth process from estimator, to talking with office staff, to the installation of the concreteI highly recommend this company to anyone looking to improve the flooring or landscaping of their home! In the future I will definitely use this company again to improve the landscaping or if I decide to make any other changes

I decided that I wanted to improve my back yard, especially with a better patio and actually having a walkway to my patio from my gate! I looked around a while before deciding that I wanted to use Sharp ContractingThey were super helpful as I had my estimate done and while the work went onI always had my questions answered, and I'm very excited to see the finished work, it looks absolutely wonderful! I'm planning on having family over to see my new backyard, and it will be a great opportunity to BBQ and spend time togetherI'm also happy that I can have a little garden for myself with the planter wall that they made for meMy backyard looks great, and I'm super glad I got the work done!

signed a contract to redo my pool and patio deckPaid a deposit and set a installation dateWe had lots of furniture and umbrellas which had to be moved by the installation dateA week or so before the installation date we were contacted by Sharp asking if they could come over that day to do the work since they had a cancellationSince we had not moved the furniture we declined and said we would just stick to the installation date we agreed onWe had all the furniture and umbrellas removed and called the day before to get a time when they would arrive We were told we had cancelled our installation date when we could not do the job when they called when they had a cancellationFinally got them out After they left I called Sharp to say I was not satisfied with the installationWeek or so later they sent the general manager to check out my complaints and agreed to repairA repair crew came out and did a lousy jobWe left several phone calls and finally reached a person who said he was one of the owners He then verbally abused my wife and myself for two days when all we wanted was to have them fix the job we paid for Finally after sending him a text telling him we felt Sharp Contracting was discriminating us for being senior citizens and myself a 100% disabled combat veteran , Sharp sent a workman out and did a great job of fixing the problems We have NEVER been verbally abused by a business owner as we were when all we wanted was to have the job done the first time correctlyNot having to takes weeks and weeks after the 3rd time to finally get what we paid for Don't know how they stay in business

I had a stamped concrete patio recolored by Sharp as it was added to the home by the previous owners in 2007, by Sharp
The concrete was recolored and sealed in January of this yearIn October I called them to recolor it under warranty as it was faded and peeling in the area exposed to the sunI was finally given a date....December 4th...but on the 3rd, they called to rescheduleI'm still waitingI have tried repeatedly to schedule this
I call, no one picks up, or I'm told someone will call me, no one ever does
I would advise anyone who is considering this company to look elsewhereThey do not support their product/work and the warranty is good only as a bird cage linerthey should save the paper
