I'm very happy with how my new garage floor looksI've dealt with an old cracked floor for so long and now it is finally fixed and looks good as new! The workers were super fast and the whole process was very easyThank you for the support with my job!

I wanted to say that I was very satisfied with the people that came out to do my back yardI had some stamped concrete and artificial grass put in, and it looks great! I am very happy with how everything turned out, and I'm excited to relax in the back and have guest over to see the work that was finished

The process of Sharp Contracting was greatI had an understandable estimate given to me by a nice gentleman who was more than happy to answer my questionsI was able to get my job ordered and scheduled without any hasslesThe guys that came out to do my work were very polite and respectableI am happy to see the new stamped concrete that I had put in my front patio and walkway is done nowI'm glad everything went so smoothly and recommend anyone who wants work done to use this company!

Sharp Contracting's crew was the hardest working group of guys I have ever had work at my home , they worked nonstopped, and did an excellent job They were also extremely nice and helpful The product looks beautiful!

I refinished my pool and backyard through sharp contractingI had them install a new fireplace in the corner of my yard by my BBQ and I can even cook with it! The guys that came out to put in my new artificial grass did a great job! I could tell how hard they worked to finish my job and do it rightI offered them water even though they were prepared with their own water already, and they were very politeI am happy to have a nice green lawn that is low maintenance nowIt's a serious time saver to not have to be outside mowing the lawn anymore, but still have the benefits of having a nice green lawn

My new pool decking looks great, and I made an addition to it so that my pool doesn't feel so much like a random hole in the ground! I'm very happy with the crew that came out to work on my back patioThey were super friendly and worked really hard to finish my jobI love seeing my nice new patio and being able to have this project done! I made sure to give the guys water as well since it was so hot outside! Thank you guys and be safe out there in the heat!

By far the worst experience working with a contractor ever encountered
- all of our work (re do patio) was to be completed by 7/per contractThey called to confirm a start date at the end of JulyAfter we said no they moved the start date to 7/
2- The work done created a patio smaller than the one before resulting in a gap between our artificial turf and the new patio
3- The concrete workers dropped numerous screws in our pool and a drill bit along with pieces of concreteTheir work was sloppy (see above)The screws ripped the membrane of the pool cleaner which we had to replace
4- They punctured our drip system's 1/2" supply line in places installing their framesI fixed this myself
5- The mess, pieces of concrete, in our flower beds took days to remove nor did they restore the decorative rocks that were thereThey left them all in a pileThey also dumped the waste of their wheel barrel in several places on our property which we discovered later after they left
6- Their manager, Alan Norton, is the most disrespectful and argumentative person we've ever dealt withHe demanded more pictures of the turf problem after we emailed him numerous onesOn the phone he would not let us talk claiming we were harassing himWe told him if he continued talking to us the way he did we would terminate the conversationWe did and he called us back times with the same diatribe as in the firstWe sent him a certified letter outlining the problem with photos Finally he contacted us & we arranged an appointment for him to see the problem, he came & despite being argumentative, disrupting and horrible on the phone he committed to having all taken care ofHe said he would call us back with a date to replace the turf on or about a weekWe never heard from him!!!!! After numerous calls to his company & its answering service we were given a date when the grass would be replacedIt was several weeks after he committed to doing this
7- The company does not return calls re a problem even though they say they willYou may have to call many times before reaching them againWhen you do, Ann at the office, in most cases will not respond or cannot respond simply saying the manager is out in the field or is unavailable
8- if you ask for a last name which we did, ann responded to us, said they do not give out last names
9- The color of our patio was to be terracotta - it's almost all gray
We can only hope all the problems are now past and the patio will hold up over time
I would urge anyone looking to do business with this company to think and rethink doing soHow they are given an A+ with the Revdex.com is beyond comprehension
There also should be a negative star rating on the Revdex.com siteThis company would have a minus from us

Sharp Contracting is a good companyThey stand behind their work, and I would recommend themThe Technician that was out did a great job!
