I just started taking classes yesterday. Lesson 1 really opened my eyes to the importance and possibilities of graphic design. There's so many things I looked at in my home and outside and said to myself, "Yoooo, graphic design is EVERYwhere!" So, yeah. I'm enjoying the online class. You can't pause webinars but you can buy the toolkit and have everything about the lesson at your fingertips and leisure. Plus, I had a teacher who was very easy to listen to. Her name is Annerie du Plessis. I'm not too sure if I like AI Morpheus, but he gets better with time if I talk to him more. All in all, I'm excited and looking forward to learning more!
I registered with the advertisement for 4 weeks free trial and didn't do anything on their course, even not look at any class they charged me without even sending 1 email. When I asked, ?What I would ask is how ethical you charge the user who is not even active or not even sees your class content without informing??
They didn?t answer to that question and they send me the following response. and also they responded mentioning they do say they also use same likes of Netflix, Spotify and all other subscription providers. When I reply to them saying they are sending emails even active they offered me a free 1-year subscription and I refused and have no idea to use them.
This is a SCAM, be careful, They don?t have enabled Reviews on Facebook or any other sites, which means they are CREP. they earn money from peoples mistakes and it is not an ethical way of doing it.
I recently tried the free trial but I didn't find much use for it as I missed classes - this lack of attendance is on record as I would get reminders about the classes I missed and how to reschedule them. As a result, I cancelled on March 8th before the free trial was over on March 11th. I received an email shortly after cancelling that confirmed it was cancelled on the business? end. Yet, I was charged after on March 11th for $59.99 and found that I somehow had a premium membership linked to my card that I didn't sign up for. When I contacted support about this, they said that I did not in fact cancel and, as in the terms and conditions, I would be charged as a result. I tried reaching out to multiple parties but I would only get a voice that says I would be called back soon by a representative only to not be contacted by anyone or that their phone lines were down.

My first PowerPoint lesson was phenomenal! The instructor spoke clearly, was organized and explained exactly what he was doing to show us how to create a business card.
I enthusiastically recommend the instruction available through Shaw Academy. I am taking three of their classes (Graphic Design, Photoshop and Social Media Marketing) and find them absolutely excellent -- enjoyable and informative. The reason why I don't give them five stars is the disorganized nature of the website (when you're not attending a class) and customer service. The extra instructional materials available with each class often don't match what was covered in the class (and this was not corrected when I purchased the $30 "toolkits" which the company aggressively markets); the content and structure of one of my classes changed completely while I was in the middle of it so I had to start it over to understand what was going on; the classes are described as "live" when they're not (there's no need for this -- just admit they're recorded -- they're still great); the canned e-mails they send too frequently are often wrong ("You missed a class!" when I didn't) and don't make sense; answers to questions that you e-mail to support often show that the person "helping" didn't bother to read your question carefully. And plenty more silly stuff to annoy and distract from the main point: that the instruction is superior and well worth the money!
Stop charging my credit card scammers. Horrible inexsiting customer service. They will charge ur card every day for their stupid old courses they have.

I talked to an agent on the phone and also removed my credit card from your systems yet I am still being billed TWICE A MONTH for your service which I have had to cancel my account and you still billed me twice. This is illegal. I want my refund back. You guys have constantly called me to activate and renew my subscription I have said no thanks. I asked to cancel my account several times as you called and nothing. I cancelled online and also on the app. My account says cancelled. My credit card is removed. And no longer have that card. This is fraud. Your business owes me $59.99 twice. This is not a joke. I have recorded conversations on every occasion you have harassed my to activate my subscription and I denied it every time. Asked you politely to remove all of my information. Stop emailing me. Yet you have billed me 2 more times for $59.99. I will ask just 1 more time.
Remove my credit card information.
Refund me for 2 payment you have billed me for $59.99 for a service I do not use. A service I did not authorize this billing from a cancelled account.
If we cannot resolve this matter in a timely fashion. I will be forced to contact and report your company to a higher resource. Please resolve this. It's been 2 months. I've given ample time to correct this matter.

They are truly worth zero stars. They scam people into signing up for their "free trial" and do not give them the option to cancel it. After asking if you're sure you want to cancel several times, they then provide a phone number to call to cancel during certain business hours (which go by EST, which doesn't make sense for a UK based organization). No "agents" are ever available to take calls, and even when they promise a call back, you will never receive one. I tried emailing them to end my free trial, and the only response I got told me I should commit to attending at least one class, and then still failed to give me the option to opt out. I stupidly signed up for the trial, before looking up their credibility. Luckily, I used my PayPal account, and have since blocked further transactions from them. Please learn from my mistake and do NOT, I repeat, do NOT sign up for ANYTHING with them. I really hope there's a way for them to be severely punished, because this has been the biggest waste of my time. They definitely don't deserve a B- rating, and I wouldn't be surprised if all these positive reviews turned out to be as fake as they are.
The program its self provided very good information. I think he needs to slow down during the presentation so that we can take more affective notes. Also I feel the communication when sending an email is a little slow.With responding. Overall, the leader ship information is very helpful in many ways.
I overslept and missed my class. They made me inactive. Waiting on them to answer email on how to get me back active and to reschedule class.
It has been great exprience so far. I enjoyed myself.
