I purchased a *** *** from a private owner in 4/with **k milesThe owner had purchased it from Sheehy Nissan in with only **k miles on itSheehy had done all maintenance/service workAfter weeks, the transmission went outI called Sheehy and talked to several people, were given several different versions of warranty, and was finally told to have the previous owner callThe previous owner called Sheehy and was assured that the car had **k miles or * yr warranty from the date of purchaseWe were within bothI paid $*** to have it towed from *** ** to *** **Sheehy called me two days later and said the transmission had to be replaced & was $***, NO WARRANTY availableEach & every employee gave me a different story/could never find my name/car/service chart, I've had to argue with each & every employee; no one ever returns phone calls/gives the correct informationThey cannot tell me why a well maintained car with 58k miles on

On 5/2/I had my oil changed by this company and immediately proceeded to fill my vehicle up with gas The pump registered $***, *** gallons gas However, when I left the station the gas gauge did not register the fill up Believing that the service unit at Sheehy may have pulled a wire when they did the oil change I took my vehicle back to them I told Nancy A***, the service adviser that met me what had happened and that she should please check the gas in the tank to be sure it was in fact filled Soon she came out and said they would have to charge me *** for diagnostic services to tell me the cause of my problems I agreed Soon afterward she returned to tell me that my vehicle needed fuel sending unit which had to be ordered I would need to bring the vehicle back to have it installed as they had to order it On the way home I decided to put whatever gas I could in the car to see how much it would take I put $*** and a total of *** gallons after driv

First of all this is not a complaint against Nissan or the vehicle that I currently own which is a *** *** *** – but the unprofessional and inadequate workmanship of the service department located at the Sheehy Nissan Dealership in Mechanicsville, VAOctober 31, my car was towed to the Sheehy Nissian Dealership in Mechanicsville with a problem in the transmission- the car sat there for three days before they looked at the vehicle at which time the Manager Ryan B was assigned to the case It took me over a week to get my car returned with the new transmission ($+/-)On November 16th we had to return the car since the car was leaking oil which it never did prior to this work which they had to replace the O ring casket coole – he said we could use the old he would recommend replacing along with some other items to gather more money for Sheehy Dealership – we declined when he replaced the transmission (he should have included in the cost as a courtesy for the price of the work performed!) Then in April of when the weather in Virginia began to get warmer the AC was not coolingI took the car to an AC person and they found wires not connected in the engine area suggested I take to Nissan since they performed the last work – which I did and once again they diagnosed that the heater/ac control head needed replaced for $after having my car for over a WEEK!!! We declined and said don’t touch it since at this point we are not feeling they know how to recommend a fix for the problem My husband purchased this part at *** *** *** to replace himself our cost was $– which this WAS NOT THE ISSUE --- so we took the car to the Nissan Dealership on *** *** in *** *** ** on Saturday April 29, at 8:am and the case was assigned to Dino – he said that he was not sure he could look at it that day but would call ASAP – we did not expect his phone all at 2:pm on that day!!! He found the issue it was wires chewed by a rodent connecting the ac – total fix would be $300!!! He had this car done we picked up Sunday thru the sales department on Sunday the 30th with no issues and they even WASHED the vehicle!!! Kudos to Dino and his team for taking the time to find the correct issue...otherwise we would have paid an additional $to Sheehy without the correction!!! This shows that the Ryan team is NOT a working team of professional mechanics and need to regroup!!! I will NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE OR HAVE ONE SERVICE IN THE MECHANICSVILLE NISSAN GROUP ----- HOWEVER WILL WORK WITH THE *** *** ** *** ***!!!!

In November 2015, my *** *** *** broke down in *** The closest dealership at that time was Sheehy Nissan at *** *** *** We had the vehicle towed to Sheehy At that time it was determined that the transmission needed to be replaced The original warranty had expired, therefore we paid a total of $***.** to have the transmission replaced In April 2016, the vehicle began acting the same way it was acting just prior to breaking down in November The vehicle was brought to *** *** in ***, VA which is very near where we live It was determined at that time that the new transmission was bad and that it needed to be replaced again It was also determined at that time that the reason for the failure was due to the fact that the service people at the Sheehy dealership failed to update the computer in the vehicle when they replaced the transmission This is a necessary step to ensure that the new transmission performs properly It has been deter

I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership on 4/11/We found that there were significant performance issues with the vehicle that was necessary to correct for the vehicle to be declared minimally roadworthyThe mechanical issues were above the skill level of the seller so we took it to a manufacturer's authorized repair center a week after purchasing the vehicle and after the three-day 'return window' had passedThis same repair center informed us that they had conducted a mechanical diagnostic on this very vehicle a month prior and informed the selling dealership that a transmission valve body replacement needed to be replaced and a leaking vacuum pump was causing the vehicle to lose oil at an excessive rateThe dealership did not disclose those mechanical anomalies at the time of purchase, nor were we able to bring these facts to light because immediately after purchasing the vehicle, we had returned it to the seller's service department to address issues not related to the

Sheehy has damaged my vehicle twice while in their procession once back in the mechanic was test driving and totaled my carI purchased another vehicle while in for a routine oil change it was damaged (backed into)

I took my vehicle in for brake repair and it was returned with another issue that wasn't happening before I took it in for serviceI took it back and Sheehy Nissan kept it for days and advised they couldn't find the issueUpon picking up the vehicle and driving it around a couple of days It started with the same exact noise..I called and spoke with a manager who advised I could come and ride with the manager and show him how I drove my vehicle and I told them that I would not do that The service manager asked if he could personally drive my car home so he could identify the problem..I was told that after market equipment was put on my vehicle and I advised them to put Acura Brakes and pads..I did not hear from this manager for a week so I called and was told by someone who said they were familiar with my situation that my car was taken to the Acura dealership so they could see if they could find the trouble..Before I picked up my vehicle I spoke with the head manager who apologi

Hello my name is *** *** I purchased a Ford Fusion from Sheehy of mechanicsville on December 27, I am writing because I am furious with the finance person, *** who did not disclose his last name, I did my contract withI went there with an already approved loan from *** *** *** and told Harold A*** III, that I already had this loan as well*** took it upon himself to put *** down on my contract as my financier despite the fact I told my salesperson and him that I already had a pre-approved loanThe problem now is *** *** *** will not refinance my vehicle now because of the fact that I already have Ally down and they want me to pay it down to a certain amount before I can get another loan with themI believe this is totally unfair to me because I told both employees I already had a loan and they took it upon themselves to put another company downNow granted I did read my contract, however, I never noticed that it was wr

First, I have NOT received any reimbursement as yet I have been told that it was sent on 5/but it still has not made it to my *** *** *** Then there is still a question about the *** refund of the IN CABIN AIR FILTER that was supposed to have been installed in my vehicle on but was not there when I installed the one I bought two weeks ago I was told by MsA*** on that it was going to be refunded but I learned today that they were still discussing this *** ***

I took my Nissan *** to Sheehy Nissan of Mechanicsville in part for an issue with the vehicle that sounded like a hiccough when driving or idlingIn addressing that issue, in part a tune up was done in which the spark plugs were changedWhen I got the vehicle back on April 12, 2017, there was a shaking that had not been there beforeI ignored it as the entire process of dealing with the matter was such that I did not want to ever go back againThen the hiccoughing sort of issue returned, only worseI just left it sit mostly, not wanting to go through the mess againI finally took the vehicle to *** *** *** in Mechanicsville, VA The check engine light had come on, necessitating a computer analysis of the issueIt was for "knocking sensor" The spark plugs were taken out and examined one by one, the mechanic checking for a cracked oneThere were noneThe culprit was a spark plug in the hardest to reach area that had not been changed at all!!! It was saved for meIt had prolific rust and corrosion, the gap was easily twice, perhaps more of what it should have beenI find no excusable or understandable reason for such negligence
