I am so disappointedI called sheehy about a car that one of they dealer haveThey informed me that for them to have to go get the car from another deal, I will either have to put down a deposit or fill out a credit appI informed adrain that I did not want to fill out a credit application until he insure me that the car was available for me to buy and be secured, because I'm not a local customer and did not WANT more inquiries on my credit for no reason As he knew thatI call him back once again before I push send on the application, to ask was he sureHe stated yes! So I did the applicationI call many times and no answer or replyI had my friend call and he answer so I knew he was avoiding meHe later calls me back and said you are approved and we need a down depositI informed him that was not the deal neither what we previously discussedHe then Says ok, he wasn't worried Bout the deposit they will go get itSo the next day, I look online and see two postfor the pr

Bought a so called certified car days ago I clearly read that part of the criteria was there shouldn't be any excessive rust on the frame body and parts etc I looked underneath the car at my residence and appears the car was at the bottom of the ocean corrosion and heavy rust everywhere I dont find this acceptable and look to seek legal advice also finding out a few days later I could have bought new for a few thousand more!

I bought a car from *** *** *** on April 20, Prior to going to the dealership, I spoke with my bank about purchasing and was already preapprovedI went to the dealership and told them that I was going through my bank, *** *** ***We proceeded with the deal and I signed the papersIt came back that I was getting a different interest rate than my bank had originally quotedI signed the papers anyways and said I would call my bankIt wasn't that much of a difference and I did call my bankI got a call the day after purchasing the car, from the finance person I dealt with the day before, he said since they gave me a different interest rate, I needed to come back in and sign the papers with the adjusted interest rateI did

I recently purchased a vehicle from Sheehy Nissan I told them in the beginning that I had gotten approved for financing through my credit union prior to test driving the vehicle of choice
I subscribe to *** and within thirty minutes there were three to four credit inquiries on my credit report I was instantly alerted I did bring this to the attention of the sales person I did not want all of these extra hits on my credit report as my credit union had already done all of this

We are aware of Ms*** concerns and they have been addressed by our service manager DougThe vehicle was purchased from an individual owner and outside of Sheehy if the vehicle was purchased from Sheehy it would have come with an additional warranty along with the remaining factory warranty

Initially, on Thursday I went to test drive a white *** *** ***I wanted the vehicle, so I was willing to purchase itHowever, I stated MULTIPLE times to my sales person, that I did not wish to have my credit ran, because I'd already been approved for a loan with the *** *** ***I also stated MULTIPLE times that I wanted the loan to go directly through the credit union, not the CUDL system, due to my loyalty with my financial institutionSince the bank was currently closed, I ensured the sales person, James, that I would come back the following day to potentially get the vehicleOnce I returned, the vehicle was sold, which I was fine with because I was aware the car still had the potential to be soldSo, I found another vehicle with James, which was a grey *** *** ***I once again, decided this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase, so we started discussing the price of the vehicleI can not stress enough how many times I informed James that I did NOT want my credit ran again, because I already had a pre-approval at a great interest rate with my financial institutionHowever, when I brought the purchase order to *** *** ***, they informed me that my credit actually WAS ran through the CUDL system, so I would therefore not be able to have my loan go directly through the credit union without Nissan removing the applicationThat is COMPLETELY unacceptable that it was ever ran! That cost me an additional hour at the bank, waiting for the application to be removed so they could process and close my loanBut this was not the main issueI closed the loan, and went back to Nissan to speak with the Financing Department, to complete the loan and receive my carSo, this around in the evening, and I've signed everything I needed to sign with Rojer in FinancingGreat! I'm excited, ready to put the plates on my car, and get rolling! Then, James proceeds to tell me that I can't get my car today because its a CPO vehicle, so they needed to do an inspection and detail the vehicleI was a bit disappointed that it wasn't already ready for me (as it should have been), but I was willing to wait until the morningJames informed me that I could come pick up my vehicle around or 11am the following day, which is todayWhen I called the dealership this afternoon (giving them additional time) James informed me that I could not pick up my vehicle until 3:30pm! I said ok, because I was in the middle of another business conversationThere is NO possible way it takes nearly hours to do an inspection and detail, which should have been done before I even finished signing all of my documents the night before! But once I called back (ten times), no one answered, and I even left a voicemail for the Sales ManagerWhen I received no return call, I drove all the way back to Nissan to discuss the issue in personI got to Nissan at 1:and waited minutes for James to finally come and assist meI asked him if there was a problem with the vehicle, since it was taking so longHe assured me nothing was wrong, but that he wasn't sure why the car wasn't serviced by 11amI told him that was unacceptable and that I wanted my car as quickly as possible, and he asked me "Why do you feel like your car should be serviced before anyone elses?"So, at this point, he's basically telling my that me waiting on a car that I purchased the night before, isn't priority over the vehicles that were brought in to be serviced todayEven after all this disrespect and HORRIBLE service, I still said that I would wait until 2:00pm for my car, or I would not be purchasingJames laughed and said he would try to expedite the process, but he went outside and started helping another customer!!!
At about 2pm, the woman (I don't remember her name) who had previously offered me the service of having my car waxed and seats replaced, etc, came over to me and said she would try to expedite the process as wellShe was a very nice lady, however I don't think she was able to speed it up muchAt 2:30, James finally comes over and hands me the keys, telling me it's readyI told him I did not want the vehicle any more, due to the service I'd received, so his boss comes overHis boss asks me why I don't want the car, my girlfriend (who was with me the entire time), tried to answer him and he continuously interrupted herHe proceeded to say it would take another business days for them to cut a check so I can return the funds to Virginia Credit UnionThis is by far the worst service I've received with any business

Hello, I have a Nissan Maxima and my ABS actuator/pump went badI had this problem diagnosed and fixed at Nissan of Richmond in one visit
However, this was after thrice going to Sheehy Nissan of Mechanicsville to get the problem diagnosed and spending $*** with them for new brakes, rotors, fluid flush, as well as being charged for a diagnostic (which I was told would be waived) while attempting to determine the issue and solution to fix my problem
