Vanguard, Legal Team will not return my funds that were taken with out my permissionI will be closing my two accounts and contacting the Legal Department

Vanguard is very slow when it comes to paperworkI got emailing about Vanguard's new--years--financial planners so I called but I was totally turned off when I asked the phone rep for what the Vanguard financial planner would tell me in phone calls to be in writingHe then told me that if that is what I need, a Vanguard financial planner is not for meI filled out an online profile but then I cancelled it after talking to other Vanguard investors about the awful way I was treated on the phoneI mean, let's not forget that this is what Vanguard's mission is in the first place; to make clients money; Vanguard's alleged 3, 45-minute financial planner's advice sessions should be in writing, periodWhat, Vanguard doesn't want responsibility after charging me 1% which is $3,for the year plus other expenses; then what am I getting for my financial planner money?
Let's not forget the Great RecessionVanguard can do better; what is the problem with the new CEO that he cannot understand what happened to hard-working investors like myself with the Great Recession and retirement?
Why are kindergartners put on as phone reps in a sensistive area such as financial planners?
I am considering moving my investments to Fidelity where they talk to you like a human being and give you respect on the phone Vanguard's new style is not goodMary

My mother passed months ago I am the only surviving family member and sole aires to her possessions I have contacted Vanguard NUMEROUS times expressing concern for her small retirement account that we tried to close together month before she passedI had total record of the conversation and down to the penny where the money39s were going and the taxes taken outEvery time I called I was promised a return call every time and never received the first call by April I was fed up with the run around and wrote a letter stating my frustrationI received a letter in return from MsF* a service associate stating she was sorry for my frustration and the best advice was to contact them yet again and finish the distribution due to death process so I called again and spoke with Jeremy he said he would email me the formReally Why couldn39t the people before that tell me it was just a form Why didn39t Ms F* send it So I quickly filled it out and sent i

This company has over of my deceased sons 401k I am the beneficiary of this
Policy and was supposed to revive a check closing this account months ago I have filed all the paperwork and have called this company once a week since August of and have still not
Received my money They have continually lied to me and made excuses as to why they have failed to release the money and have reported to the IRS that they have sent me a portion of the money
even though I have not gotten one cent from them The supervisor promised to call me and
Of course he never did So now in addition to fraudulently keeping my money they have committed IRS fraud as well I need help to get this money

Without permission or authorization, Vanguard took a deduction from my paycheckI called to complain and was told that the monies taken can not be returned until I am no longer with my jobI was also told another deduction will be taken out next pay period because the system will be updated after another pay periodI find it unlawful to include me in a 401K plan with my permission and dip into my paycheck for a plan I didn't even authorize

I transferred my brokerage account from Vanguard to *** *** because of I had a bad experience with Vanguard on 7/13/I still had some remaining cash in the account, yet Vanguard didn't allow me to transfer it to my bankI called them 7/The customer service told me they will release the restrictionBut as of today, I still can't transfer the money out of itThis is not acceptable service

My father passed away and had a small vanguard accountWe went through probate to release funds to my mother, the executorAll documents were received and they said they would send out the checkA month goes by no check has arrivedMy mother moved so we called with new address and they said they would send out another checkAnother month goes by and still no checkNow they are telling us the address change didnt go through properly and second check was sent to old addressIt will take a week to change address and send out another check Her address was changed with the post office the first two checks should have made it to herI am concerned they have no intentions of sending out a check

Vanguard has set up a new security system and I cannot access my 401k account information.Every time I call they ask be a large amount of questions for security reasons.I tell them my name, social security number, address, month and year of hire but that still is not information to access my account. They keep asking me for Email adresss that I don't know. The corporate email on all employee and payroll is not the correct email. So now they want me to send in a letter because of it.I have tried to awnser the questions to the best of my ability but still can't get access to my account.I have dealt with vanguard previously and never had this hard of a issue accessing my k information.Another issue is their is no one to help you personally with your investments. The majority of employees do not know what exactly we are invested into. They have no financial advisors available that we can sit down And talk about our portfolio in person

Filed a permanent mailing address months ago and still have not received my check which was initially taken from my 503b account as of today, 10/10/I have been calling every business days as they suggestI asked for a supervisor yesterday and was told that I would have to wait up to hours

Lack of communication and follfrom Vanguard I made a decision to pay of 401K loan with Vanguard, so that I could take out another loan The information on line says Waiting Perion only applies to - All Loans being paid off Now it's saying my plan requires month waiting periodI called Vanguard on April 19, and spoke with a supervisor named Josh and he said he saw my point, and was going to appeal on my behalf to the 'Plan Manager' He said that he would be in touch with me and would leave a message on my cell phone within days I have called three time sense then and have spoke with different representatives and they have noted the file and have tried to connect me with Josh each time Each time he has been unavailable, left for the day, and on May 3rd ' In a Meeting' This has put me in a financial hardship, because I would not have paid off the loan if I knew that I could borrow from it immediately after paying it off What is worse that this is the lack

I just yesterday 3/22/submitted a ira contribution for 2015, my accountant let me know it wouldnt actually affect my taxes so I called to cancelI was told by the first rep that I could cancel, but it would have to be after the market closed that dayI wanted until the next day at 8amthis morning3/I was then told that vanguard couldnt cancel it at all, and I would instead have to call my bankI called my bank and they pointed out that as it was through vanguard they had no control over cancelling it as they dont even see it yetI then called back to vanguard and was told that no one can cancel it at all, and that I would have to do an excess contribution disbursment, and that it would be reported to the IRS
I need a higher level of executive assistance with this issue as clearly the phone reps are not well trained or capable of doing their jobs

Account keeps being locked and cannot get through to customer service called in and was told my 401k was with " another company" and given a number that would not let me through to a person unless I put in the exact correct information then locked my account and I am still not getting throughWhen I tried to call the regular support line they would not help me and refused to let me speak to leadership of any kind

I'm flabbergasted by how Vanguard had treated me and the threats they have sent to not take care of my money that I entrusted with them I bought a new house and was living in an apartment prior to that When I moved into the house I had my mail forwarded through the USPS It worked for every other entity I'm involved with but Vanguard treated the USPS's notice of an address change and returned mail and threatened to give my money to the state I notified them of the address change which the Vanguard who does my 401k accepted, but this "commercial" Vanguard says the can only do it by mail I filled out their form, go it notarized at a cost and sent it in Then they said I needed my ex-wife's signature on a form as well I got that at more cost and now they say we need both signatures on the same form and "THE NOTARY IS NOT REQUIRED." What a complete disregard for my time and expense I have no guarantee that this will even do it as they keep asking for something new I have

they took my whole pay check in roth 401k from my work I didnt know sign anything or any paper work to take out everything they are so viloent and donesnt want to help me out I have got a hold with them they say either I quit the company or the choose to go to another company tghen I will get my moeny back but thte question was I didnt sign up the thte plan and how can they take all the money from me

My wife opened an account and put a substantial amount of funds into Vanguard While trying to unlock her web access, she got on the phone and was asked if she gave permission for her husband to help her My wife said yes and I worked with her to get her website access restoredThe Vanguard rep then said we violated their rule of sharing any login information and blocked our account Despite calling several times, my wife was told she could not access any of her funds without a notarized set of forms she had to mail in This prevented any access to her funds during this timeThey said there was no physical location in the country that existed where she could go to resolve this and it could only be done via the notarized forms by mail One of the key improvements Vanguard could make is to clearly explain this policy in advance on their website login page When this was suggested the Vanguard response was it is detailed in the link under terms of agreement when creating a websiteThey agreed though that hardly anyone ever reads that I hope 1) this will alert others to the real potential to lose access to their funds for weeks or months and 2) that Vanguard will change how they clearly communicate this policy to clients

OBNOXIOUS *O*B*N*O*X*I*O*U*S* customer service they drag their feet like they are paid by the minute on the phoneThe password ( that I write down) is not working , and now it asks me the first and last name of the LLC and the date of birthSo I cannot reset my password Then I called different numbers everybody gave me the correct "phone number" and I was transferred in total SIX freaking times and now I am on hold againI asked of them that I want to speak with a supervisor and I was told nobody is there and they will call me back in to hoursWHO DOES THAT ? After the person , I was able to talk to a SENIOR account rep , who told me he cannot help reset my password because I just changed my address last weekALL IN ALL the address they have was not updated on all the accounts

I have a retirement account with Vanguard and have not been successful in accessing it online I was able to access it online in the past, but something changed in Vanguard's software (I suspect) and I am no longer able to access my account onlineThe username and password I used in the past no longer work I have followed the online instructions for resetting a password, however a popup window warns me that I must first contact Vanguard before accessing the account Vanguard assigned me a case number, but every time I call and check on the status of my case, there has been no real progress made I am beginning to regret choosing Vanguard

I am unable to facilitate a change of address online They have asked me to perform multiple steps including physical mail to simply change the address, even though I have previously provided them with an updated address through their online application I have talked to them at length about the effort associated with the change and made it clear that I would like to close the account however they will not allow me to close it until I update the address (which I have already provided)

On 2/24/2017, Vanguard Investments received my application to open a new account onlineA few weeks later, I received a paper application requiring further information in order to open the accountI filled out the forms and sent them mid-marchOn 4/6/2017, I noticed a hold of $200,on my account by Vanguard InvestmentsAfter attempting to access my account online, I was directed to call customer service to grant access but was informed that more requests for paperwork were sent in the mail for me to fill outMy complaint is the following: between 4/6/and the time that I finish filling the paperwork and sending it back, Vanguard Investments would have my funds, free of interest, effectively utilizing free funds for their own meansAfter I requested the hold to be lifted and funds be returned until the account was successfully opened, I was told that would not be possible until the paperwork was submitted, therefore Vanguard Investments is holding my funds, free of charge,
