I HAVE A 401K PLAN WITH VANGUARD THROUGH MY EMPLOYER ***I RECENTLY WAS GOING THROUGH A HARDSHIP AND REQUEST A HARDSHIP WITHDRAWL FROM MY401K PLANI AM A TRANSGENDER WOMANI CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS OF THE PROCESS I ANSWERED EVERY SECURITY QUESTION CORRECTFOR SOME REASON THEY DONT BELIEVE I AM *** *** WHICH IS DISCRIMATIONIF I ANSWERED EVERYTHING CORRECT I CAN ANSWER EVERY QUESTION ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AN ISSUEVANGUARDHAS DEACTIVATED MY ONLINE ACCOUNT I CAN NOT LOG ON LINE OR VIEW MY ACCOUNT VIA THE MOBILE APPI AM HIGHLY UPSET THS IS DISCRIMATIONI AM CURRENTLY WAITING ON SOMEONE TO GIVE ME A CALL THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON ALL DAYTHE MAIN REASON FOR MME SUBMITTING A WITHDRAWL IS BEACUSE I NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION ASAPI FEEL THIS IS DISCRIMATION I SHOULD NOTE HAVE TO SAY I AM A TRANSGENDER WOMANI DONT WANT TO DO BUINESS WITH VANGUARD ANY LONGER

I am in the process of a hardship withdrawal with this company and have been in this process for over weeks which should take a week at the mostI have faxed them several forms including court orders which they stated was not acceptable.I am now on hold with them again after sending them a fax and a total cost to me at staples for over $i am really upset with them playing with my life and moneyThey are likely to tell me that this form is not enough?? I am also seeing now on your site that they have had several complaints and zero concern for customer service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
although the sales person did not inform me that it would take 8 weeks which I am not sure he should have since the Internet sales person informed via email that they are mailed out at the end of the month which would have been the end of September.   Not really important but it seems everyone there had a different story .  The customer care rep was very nice and assured me she would take care of it and did .

Review: I recently purchased a [redacted] , on August 13, 2013 our personal check was chased by Shore Toyota. At the time of the purchase we were not informed of a promotion by Shore Toyota for a free installation of a remote start with a purchase of a new vehicle. We were not informed until we received a letter from Shore Toyota stating the promotion offer. The letter did not state as to when the promotion started or ended. After receiving the letter, we contacted Shore Toyota and spoke with [redacted] , and he was unable to give us an answer as to why we were not entitled to the promotion. [redacted] said he would speak with his supervisors. [redacted] his supervisor called us back and told us we were not entitled to the promotion.

The letter states, As and added bonus to you, for being a loyal customer, when you purchase any new or pre-owned vehicle, we will install a FREE remote start. I feel I am entitled to this promotional offer.Desired Settlement: To receive an installation of a FREE remote start in my new vehicle.

Unfortunately the customer purchased the vehicle 10 days before the promotion for the remote start was mailed. The remote is a cost of $700 installed. We have to account for all costs. Our sales manager [redacted] spoke to both of them regarding the timing.

Review: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The answer I received is not true. Shore Toyota had known of this promotion well before I came in to purchase a car. If I had known of this promotion, which came to my house via U.S. mail a week or so after I had purchased a new car, I could have accepted or rejected this promotion and possibly not even purchased a car at Shore Toyota.This promotion is a tool to entice buyers that are not sure if they are going to buy a car. In the letter Shore Toyota states that I am a loyal customer.Needless to say I am very disappointed in Shore ToyotaRegards,[redacted]

Review: I was contacted via Email from [redacted] about a special offer. IF I come in and listen to an hour presentation that I would receive a $25.00 Gift card to the [redacted] in Mays Landing NJ. I went to the presentation and left that day with a new truck. However never got the Gift certificate. ( TRUST ME ITS NOT THE GIFT CERTIFICATE THAT BOTHERS ME more the fact that if you say your going to do something DO IT). A few weeks later I emailed them asking where it was. I was told that they were mailed out at the end of the month. I was there the beginning of September. Its now October and I emailed them again and was told that they would check on it. That was the end of that. AGAIN I spent 32,000 on a truck and don't care about a 25.00 gift card but its the principle. If your going to email people and tell them something then you should follow through on it. As an after thought I should have sat there and not signed the papers for the truck until they gave it to meDesired Settlement: Give me the certificate and stop emailing people with false claims and promises
