It seems as though Simplisafe refuses to take responsibility for the actions of their faulty agreement Without theirability to solve this problem, I do not see a positive outcome in this dispute

Simplisafe promised TWO TIMES now to issue a refund, and that refund has never arrived onto my credit card. I've informed them of this matter, but nothing has been done. They attempted to make a offer of a refund in order to close the matter, but failed to deliver their promise

Revdex.com:I have to comment here First, I was told that I could keep the equipment and pay for it by sending Simpli Safe a check for $ I mailed the check the next day Two weeks went by and the check still had not cleared my bank About that I time, I also started getting emails from Simpli Safe telling me that I needed to send the equipment back to them I called them and told them that I was going to send the equipment back and stop payment on my check days after that my bank called me to see if I still I wanted to stop payment because the check had just been presented to them I told them "yes" because I had already mailed the equipment back I was appalled that Simpli Safe actually tried to cash my check after telling me for weeks that they didn't have it There seems to be a great delay in how Simpli Safe's departments communicate with each other if they do in fact communicate with each other.I question whether I will ever want to do business with them again I do like my alarm system
