 This is not TRUE at all. I called your customer service before placing an order and they confirmed that you can buy promotional items without being a customer. Check your call logs from my cell number ([redacted] on 2/23/17 morning. I also called your customer service few days after placing an order and upon asking the status of my order, they specifically mentioned that this promotion was for both existing customers as well as non-customers and assured that the order will be shipped in few days. There is no way to change your mind and cancel the order 10 days after it's placed and charging my credit card in full amount.  It has been more than 10 days and my credit card still shows that you guys are HOLDING my payment of over $300.  It's a ridiculously bad business practice by falsely inviting customers to place an order in first place then hold their money from Credit Card for several weeks to earn interest and then go back and return the money. If you guys have a little sense of understanding on how to do a business with customers, then you should EXPEDITE my order and ship it immediately. Revdex.com should rate your company as "F" grade.

good faith to obtain inventory to fulfill these items, even though it was limited to current customers only, and were unable.  Unfortunately your order has been canceled and refunded.

Revdex.com:I received two phone calls over the weekend, one Saturday and one Sunday explaining the problem to me and an apology. I was informed that my package was being shipped Monday. Today (Monday) I received the tracking number for my shipment. I thank the SimpliSafe company and Revdex.com for the assistance in this order.

Hi [redacted] -- Thank you for following back up!  While we've been trying to reach you since your complaint opened, we haven't yet been successful.  If there is anything we can do to help you please do respond to the calls or e-mails and we'll be more than happy to do what we can!In general, the system setup is remarkably easy and takes about 15 minutes; though from time to time a customer may not have that experience and we're fully committed to working out any issues.Thanks again for being a customer and for your complaint, and be sure that we're here to help if you do need it!

One of our supervisors has reached back out to [redacted] to explain how the systems works. It seems that [redacted] now understands how the system works, and we have offered to refund his system in full.

A supervisor spoke with [redacted] and explained the structure of our monitoring and camera recording options. It seems that [redacted] wasn't aware that you  need a separate recording plan for the camera. Unfortunately we cannot change the monitoring options, but hope that [redacted] has a better understanding...

at http://[redacted]Please do let us know if this package does not arrive as promised.  We've also gone ahead and refunded that overnight shipping and we do apologize again for the inconvenience caused.As for a call from our CEO, that unfortunately will not happen.  While we do understand the frustration and hope we can work with you to resolve any issues; if this is a deal breaker for you we understand.  Based on the fact that you've had an unpleasant experience, and we will not be fulfilling your request for a call from our CEO, please do let us know if you would like to return your equipment for a full refund.  Keep in mind, if you would like to return, we're absolutely able to provide a prepaid shipping label for that return and will issue a full refund.
