Simplisafe received my first cancellation request last year (2017) but continued to try to bill me. I should never have had to block billing. The complaint needs to stand unless they can acknowledge cancelation. Saying that they canceled due to the billing failing to go through does not address the fact that I canceled (over and over again) months ago.

The equipment that I have seems to be working fine.  Why would I need to return it?  This is about Simplisafe's horrible customer support, not the equipment.  Their attitude clearly is either (1) tolerate crummy customer support, or (2) return the equipment. Those are consumers two choices.  Im trying to get this company to address their awful customer support standards, not just for me but for all of the people like me that have complained and gotten nowhere.  You can clearly see how little this company thinks of their own customers.

This is involved with the same issue as on complaint #[redacted]. It involves distributing of spam mail to my personal email address on a regular basis. [redacted] from SimpliSafe contacted me and assured me that the issue has been resolved. Based on that I was willing to close the previous case but the very next day I received another email, which proves that the issue still exists! 1. I want them to STOP sending me spam 2. I want $500 in account credit 3. I want a commitment to pay me $100 for each additional spam email that I receive  Regards,

The customer was able to work with a representative last night and has a replacement Keychain Remote coming out. We have also had a couple of supervisors give him a call, but they reached his voicemail.

However, I am asking to keep the complaint open for 30 days, to make sure that the issue has actually been resolved. In the past, I have been "promised" that the issue has been taken care of but it wasn't so, therefore I will believe it after 30 days without any spam emails
