Based on the information obtained when submitting my purchase order, it was not clear that you did not have inventory of the item (or would not be able to get access to the item) nor was it clear that this was for current customers onlyThis is poor business practicesWhen I learned about the deal I was excited because I wanted to purchase the item and build a Simplisafe home security system in the coming daysUnfortunately, I will not be buying a Simplisafe system because I don't get the impression that you stand by your product and servicesI am extremely disappointed and will be telling my friends and colleagues to not patron SimplisafeMy mind would be changed, however, if Simplisafe does fulfill the order that I placed in good faith

Thank you for posting your complaint!  We have already let you know what we will be able to do for you, and that does not include paying any of your court, travel, or other fees imposed on you by the authorities for your continued use of the alarm equipment, which you knew to be alerting the...

I have both previously called and provided my requested information (at which time the business indicated to me that they would cancel the service) and received (two) written responses from the business that they understood my request to cancel service. Additionally, they now have the contact from the Revdex.com indicating that I have requested cancelation and am not obtaining that resolution. There is no rational reason they can have at this point not to cancel as I have been requesting for several months now, unless it is just a scam they are trying to squeeze as much money out of as possible. Telling me I need to do again what I have already taken significant time and effort to do does not resolve the issue. My communications have been clear and direct for months now. Cancel the service. Stop attempting to bill me illegally.

Revdex.com: The company...

made an error, but sent the credit back to my credit card (reverse charge)/credit plus made sure that my 3 months of monitoring is processed properly.  They also are talking to the representative to explain how to process the military discount so this doesn't happen again in the future with other customers.

[redacted] has been unsubscribed from SimpliSafe, and we have attempted to reach out to him multiple times to confirm. We followed up via email, but haven't heard back.

I do not accept the response from SimpliSafe as a complete and final resolution. It is requested that Revdex.com review and forward a later submission delineating more accurately what is additionally being requested of the company. SimpliSafe has expeditiously refunded the full amount as promised.

Please add your rejection comments below. Simplisafe, Once again, you are wrong. Your technicians have told me, repeatedly, recorded conversations, that your company was not getting a signal. That is why they sent me a broadband adapter. I have had my system turned on every day, very close to 24/7, but your logs do not show this, so you were not getting a wireless signal. On your side, the logs appeared to show that my system was turned off, but it was indeed turned on and supposedly monitoring. Your technicians said the signal was sporadic at best. But, they also told me that if the wireless signal was not getting through, that the broadband would come through and that would not show up in your logs. Unfortunately, [redacted] proved that no broadband signal ever went out through my computer. Yet your company has told me there was broadband backup and that I was getting monitored. Your own technicians have proven, precisely, what you keep saying, that I had sporadic coverage, at best. And I only learned about this July 2016 when your new technician tested my connection and talked to [redacted]. You and talk and talk about this over and over, but it was your technicians who proved you were never getting a consistent signal from my Simpilisafe unit, or the second unit you sent, or the third system you sent. [redacted] proved that you never received one broadband signal, because it was impossible to go through their modem on the switch you sent me, though your technician told me that you had received a broadband signal back in the beginning. I BELIEVED that I was protected, and maybe I was protected a few times a week. That is the point. I paid for 24/7 protection, not protection a few times a week. I paid for 24/7 monitoring. And I never had this monitoring. You own me for that service that you never provided, over $700.00. Look at your own files and conversation. Talk to your own technicians. And do not write to me again unless you truly want to settle this for the over $700.00 that you owe me for services you did NOT provide. [redacted]

We have worked with [redacted] to resolve this issue.  She had returned her system to us without a return label, and when the refund was processed she called us to say she had a new credit card coming in the mail that hadn't been activated. She opted to have a check sent to her as her refund, and...
