Only days later do I get my cancelation noticeYou should be ashamed of your behavior

We attempted to reach out to the customer via email, but the provided address was invalidWe also called and left a voicemail for the customer, but he never returned our callBy this point the check for the customer is on its way, if he hasn't already received itThe customer is welcome to give us a call back, and we will happily work with him over the phone

You can find your specific pricing, warranty, or guarantee from *** ***.That said, if there is a problem that our customer service team we are more than happy to help. We've attempted to reach out to you multiple times to see if we are able to solve any and all problems with the equipment that is under warranty.We also do understand that this is not the outcome you will accept for your complaint

This is in regards to simply removing the text message portion of the plan, not the alarm plan itself It is asinine to allow a button on the website to UPGRADE to a higher cost plan without calling the company while not allowing a downgrade to something that still has an alarm service I plan to block future attempts to collect the monthly fee from the debit card so that SimpliSafe can no longer charge me the additional fees
