I sincerely apologize, but for security reasons, we need to have you on the line to confirm the Safe Word Passcode in order to immediately cancel an account.However, it seems that your account was also in Bill Fail status, perhaps because your payment info had been changed. In these cases, we attempt to call you three times, then cancel your account. Although I appreciate the refund of the system and services, it was your product that caused this damage to our wall. An image of the damage is attached. The issue remains unresolved until Simplisafe agrees to repair our wall.

I received your previous E mails but I was unable to open up in my phone browser. I finally tried forwarding the Emails to my desk top. I was then able to read the messages and I was not satisfied with Simplsafe response. They still did not address why it is not stated upfront about the need for their system. I feel that would be fair to the consumer to know that instead, when you accept consumers money for monitoring without being upfront  is very misleading. Simplsafe did not bother to notify me of this until I contacted them about what was going on with the account. Simplsafe would have just kept my money knowing they could  not fulfill the monitoring agreement. That is borderline fraud. Please reopen this case and any response I receive from Revdex.com I now know to forward to my desk top for viewing. I am not satisfied with their response. Thank You.
