We have worked with [redacted] to resolve this issue She had returned her system to us without a return label, and when the refund was processed she called us to say she had a new credit card coming in the mail that hadn't been activatedShe opted to have a check sent to her as her refund, and we have submitted with check request

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] This is involved with the same issue as on complaint # [redacted] It involves distributing of spam mail to my personal email address on a regular basis [redacted] from SimpliSafe contacted me and assured me that the issue has been resolvedBased on that I was willing to close the previous case but the very next day I received another email, which proves that the issue still exists! I want them to STOP sending me spam I want $in account credit I want a commitment to pay me $for each additional spam email that I receive Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belowSimplisafe, Once again, you are wrongYour technicians have told me, repeatedly, recorded conversations, that your company was not getting a signalThat is why they sent me a broadband adapterI have had my system turned on every day, very close to 24/7, but your logs do not show this, so you were not getting a wireless signalOn your side, the logs appeared to show that my system was turned off, but it was indeed turned on and supposedly monitoringYour technicians said the signal was sporadic at bestBut, they also told me that if the wireless signal was not getting through, that the broadband would come through and that would not show up in your logsUnfortunately, [redacted] proved that no broadband signal ever went out through my computerYet your company has told me there was broadband backup and that I was getting monitoredYour own technicians have proven, precisely, what you keep saying, that I had sporadic coverage, at bestAnd I only learned about this July when your new technician tested my connection and talked to [redacted] You and talk and talk about this over and over, but it was your technicians who proved you were never getting a consistent signal from my Simpilisafe unit, or the second unit you sent, or the third system you sent [redacted] proved that you never received one broadband signal, because it was impossible to go through their modem on the switch you sent me, though your technician told me that you had received a broadband signal back in the beginningI BELIEVED that I was protected, and maybe I was protected a few times a weekThat is the pointI paid for 24/protection, not protection a few times a weekI paid for 24/monitoringAnd I never had this monitoringYou own me for that service that you never provided, over $Look at your own files and conversationTalk to your own techniciansAnd do not write to me again unless you truly want to settle this for the over $that you owe me for services you did NOT provide [redacted]

We ran a special promotion for current customers (image attached).That special promotion found it's way to several coupon web-sites and before we were able to turn it off several non-customers had purchased, of which you are one.We worked in good faith to obtain inventory to fulfill these items, even though it was limited to current customers only, and were unable Unfortunately your order has been canceled and refunded
