I received your previous E mails but I was unable to open up in my phone browserI finally tried forwarding the Emails to my desk topI was then able to read the messages and I was not satisfied with Simplsafe responseThey still did not address why it is not stated upfront about the need for their systemI feel that would be fair to the consumer to know that instead, when you accept consumers money for monitoring without being upfront is very misleadingSimplsafe did not bother to notify me of this until I contacted them about what was going on with the accountSimplsafe would have just kept my money knowing they could not fulfill the monitoring agreementThat is borderline fraudPlease reopen this case and any response I receive from Revdex.com I now know to forward to my desk top for viewingI am not satisfied with their responseThank You

We ran a special promotion for current customers (image attached).That special promotion found it's way to several coupon web-sites and before we were able to turn it off several non-customers had purchased, of which you are one.We worked in good faith to obtain inventory to fulfill these items, even though it was limited to current customers only, and were unable Unfortunately your order has been canceled and refunded

The equipment that I have seems to be working fine Why would I need to return it? This is about Simplisafe's horrible customer support, not the equipment Their attitude clearly is either (1) tolerate crummy customer support, or (2) return the equipmentThose are consumers two choices Im trying to get this company to address their awful customer support standards, not just for me but for all of the people like me that have complained and gotten nowhere You can clearly see how little this company thinks of their own customers [redacted] ***

The customer was able to work with a representative last night and has a replacement Keychain Remote coming outWe have also had a couple of supervisors give him a call, but they reached his voicemail
