I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I was refunded 50% of the purchase price and my account closed. However, it took me many phone calls to resolve this issue. On one occasion I was told that I would receive 25% refund which never happened. Finally after calling back about this and being on hold for a very long time, then disconnected, I finally spoke to a supervisor who issued the refund.My feeling is that this is a company who is trying to trick the consumer.

According to our records, Ms. [redacted] ordered our product (the Slimming Garcinia) on a 14 day trial basis back on 11/07/2015 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95. Her trial expired on 11/21/2015, and due to the fact that she did not contact us within her trial period to cancel her account, she was subsequently charged on 11/21/2015 for the amount of $89.92, and her autoship program took effect. Ms. [redacted] called us that same day on 11/21/2015 requesting to cancel account and to get a full refund. We immediately cancelled her subscription and offered a 50% courtesy refund as our way to provide good customer service. She declined that offer and stated she will complain with the Revdex.com and disconnected the call. We attempted unsuccessfully to reach the customer back, and went ahead and issued a full refund for the amount of $89.92 on 11/21/2015.
We feel for Ms. [redacted] concerns, but at this point the charges have already been refunded. Even though she stated on her complaint letter that her credit card has been cancelled, she can still have the funds issued to her by her bank by providing them with the following transaction number.
