I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business stated the same response that they've stated in all their responses to the same type of complaints.  After begging the operator for a return address to return the items, which he said I agreed to pay for 50% of, which ABSOLUTELY false, and after being put on hold repeatedly, he finally agreed to give me the address and I just received the final finds returned to my account last week.  This does not change the fact that the business practices are unethical and a scam for consumers.  Purposely putting in fine print the actual intentions of the business, which are inconspicuous and clearly meant to scam the consumer into buying the product, charging our accounts and then making it unbelievably difficult to get the funds returned, is the definition of a scam.  The answer is NO, I am not satisfied with the response and behavior of the business.  The company also did not provide a refund for the initial trial and shipping, which was asked for in the settlement since the product was returned.  This business gets a big fat F from me and will also be reported to the Attorney General's Office to warn other consumers of their fraudulent business schemes.

Below is the proper notice I gave them that I wanted to cancel and they never responded until taking the full amount out of my bank. When I asked for a full refund they refused, upon the second request I was given $30 of the $89 back! Not acceptable when proper notice was given on my part.Sent from my iPhone

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and wanted the opportunity to respond to [redacted]'s false statement regarding my experience with the representative.As I previously stated, the representative offered me 15% of the total amount charged, which amounts to approximately, $13.47. I replied back that I did not accept those terms, and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She then replied that she would be happy to get someone on the line for me, however they would offer the same thing. I told her I was going to put in a complaint with Revdex.com and was subsequently disconnected. I did not call back since I knew I was not going to get the same representative and did not have the time to go through the hassle of repeating my issue. I did not receive a call back from the company, nor did I hang up on anyone, nor did I ever receive an email with a return authorization number... that is a complete fabrication of events. All I received was a cancellation notification from Slimming Garcinia on 3/4 and a cancellation notification for Slimming Cleanse on 3/13, none of which had any instructions to return the product.I have no problem with the terms, my issue is I was misled because I did not get my products within 2-5 days but 10 days later... this gave me 4 days to start my trial. If I am ordering a "rush" product, I expect it to be rushed. Separately, it is unclear as to whether I am being given a full refund.I would appreciate it if [redacted] would just do the right thing instead of making it a point to bash the consumer.

Hey [redacted],All transactions have been refunded for both products ordered by your wife [redacted]. The refunds for each product are processed separately due to the shipping charge for each product, but they add up to $85.77 (79.82+5.95) and $84.49 (79.52+4.97). May 4, 2015To Whom It May Concern:I reject the implications of Mr. [redacted] saying I did not cancel my order in a timely matter. My first cancellation was done on December 29, 2014 immediately after placing the order due to a discrepancy in charges. I was told I would be billed $4.97 and $5.00 and some change for shipping and handling only NOT INSURANCE. This was the first time I canceled this order. He was rude and disrespectful. When asked for a cancellation number, he didn’t give me one. When he hung up the phone on me, I called back hoping to get another representative to help me. Unforrtunately, I got the same person. He immediately stated that I wouldn’t be billed anything but the $4.97 and $5.00 and some change for the trial period because I cancelled the order and there was no order in the system for me. I asked him, “If he was sure?” He replied, “Yes.” Then, he hung up again on me. I finally called back and got another person (lady) that first said that she didn’t see the order in the system. Then, after I gave her the order number he had given me, she then placed me on hold. She came back to the phone and said she saw the order. When asked for a cancellation number, she said the order had been removed from the system, still no cancellation number from her either. Since I did not receive a shipment in January, I assumed the representative was truthful about the order being cancelled until I began to notice around February 3 or 6 that my credit card bill was not decreasing. After reviewing back over my credit card statement for January and February, I see where this fraudulent company had been billing me for something I had not received. I DID NOT RECEIVE A SHIPMENT IN JANUARY. I contacted the company with no results in which the company’s representative wanted me to pay for something I did not receive. Rep wanted me to accept a discount on the cancelled order, meaning I still had to pay for something I HAD NOT RECEIVED. PLUS, THIS ORDER WAS CANCELLED THE SAME DAY OF BEING ORDERED!!!I was billed in February for an order I still hadn’t received. According to customer service rep, [redacted], I should be receiving the order in the next couple of days. First of all, how do you bill for January shipment I never received? Then, how do you bill for a February shipment, I hadn’t received at that moment it was being billed. Shipment wasn’t received until February 17. According to the paperwork I got from the post office, this order was only sent after I contacted my credit card company for a charge dispute because this order didn’t ship until February 12. And according to Mr. [redacted], he’s saying he first heard of a dispute on February 11, which is a blatantly lie This is nothing more than a scam. According to [redacted], once I receive this order, I am to return this order on RMA# [redacted]. I finally received on February 17, 2015. I would not receive any further communications from this company. I returned this order back to the address where it was originally shipped on February 27, 2015. According to postal manager, Mr. [redacted], package was sent back to the company. If you desire his phone number, I will be of great assistance and send it, but I do have the paperwork he gave me. Therefore, the company has this package back in hand. Let’s back up a moment, I never entered my credit card i[redacted]rmation because the customer service rep did everything over the phone; therefore, to say I read some instructions, is another untruth. Sincerely,[redacted]

That little box that says "Terms and Conditions " that they want you to check is a joke! Most often times customers don't even bother reading them because that's not where you usually find that they're going to charge you $89 in 14 days if you don't cancel. I didn't realize I was signing up for an ongoing thing. I thought it was just a one time thing and if it worked i'd get more. The terms need to be seen, not "hey if you decide to click on me, you'll find out you're getting charged $89 in 14 days!".

Don't plan on ordering from them ever again.

I was a little uncertain about using this product, but I tried it out and no complaints really. They sendt me a food and exercise guide along with th pills and I actually lost weight lol. Will continue to use and see how things go.

DO NOT DO IT. I ordered the trials and on the 14th day as stated in their disclaimer cancelled with them via email as stated in the dis claimer and still after arguing was only issued a 50% refund of my money that was 89.00 out of 189.00. I spent 100.00 on two trials. They are shady, GO ELSEWHERE.
