If you don’tcancel before the end of the 14 day trial time, you will be charged the fullprice of $89.82 for the trial product in hand and every thirty days thereafter,you will be charged $89.82 and automatically receive an additional 30 daysupply of our product. Your account was immediatelycanceled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.Our representative provided youwith return instructions so that you could return your February shipment for afull refund. You refused all offers for assistance and opted to file achargeback with your credit card company. U[redacted]rtunately we are unable to issueany refunds due to the disputes initiated as it would result in multiple refundon a single transaction. Sorry for any inconvenience you have faced in this issue and thank you for bringing these issues to my attention, I will make sure they are corrected. In regards to your order, I have successfully refunded the charge of $79.82 (please see attachment "[redacted] Order Number [redacted]"). Please note...

that your bank may take up to 5-7 business days to process these funds. Also, I tried to submit a refund request for an additional $30 to cover your overdraft fee, but the transaction was declined because the credit amount does not match any order transaction amount. Please request that your bank waive this charge, most happily do so to keep you as a customer (please see attachment "Request for additional funds declined"). The best thing I am able to do is refund all of your previous order charges, which I have already done so (please see attachment [redacted] Order Number [redacted] & [redacted]). Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I did read the order form and no where on the form did it say membership.  The company refunded me my money but what about the other people they have did this scam to.  The only reason I got a refund is because I contacted the Revdex.com.

Slimming Garcinia signed me up for several monthly subscriptions when I signed up for a free diaper trial at Free For Mommy. I did not check any boxes to agree to their Terms & Conditions. After filing a complaint with Free For Mommy they denied they are associated with any of the 3rd party vendors. Funny thing is [redacted] is the person who replied to my Free For Mommy complaint and he is the business owner at any Google search done for Slimming Garcinia products. What a crock!! In his attempt to conceal his identity, he denies any wrong doing. Your products must be garbage or you wouldn't have to sneak them into innocent victims homes and charge them secretly. Piece of trash you are!!

brining this to my attention. In regards to your refund, please see the attached credit back refund authorization that were performed on 10/09/14. Your bank may take up to 3-7 business days for these funds to process on your statement, but they have indeed been received in full by your bank.

I have just learned an important lesson, Check w/Revdex.com first & always. I sent for a trial period of Slimming Garcinia / Cleanse, which did not work for me. I ordered the trial on 4/3/2015 by phone, they charged my account 4/6/2015. it was my understanding it would be a 30 day trial. I called to cancel both products on 4/28/2015. I looked on my email they only cancelled one. I called back the next day 4/29/2015 cancelling the other, then looking on my bank acct. I see they have charged $89.52 & $89. 82 .I called realizing they never mentioned the return of my $. They tell me I only get $26.90 = 15% of the 179.34. of the cancelled product that was never sent, because it was 14 day trial not 30 day.. I only have the trial product for which I paid $15.84 which includes s/h.

These pills along with other monthly services were ordered without my permission while signing up for a trial of baby items. I tried to cancel the pills/services but I was told they had shipped already. A day later I received shipping info and I decided to refuse the package and cancel my credit card. The baby items were conveniently sold out. Nope - you used the trial to gather cc info. After filing a dispute I was told my refused package was not returned. LIE! You are scam artists preying on people looking to save a few bucks.
