Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The day free trial was included when I signed up for the blue package, which is how I discovered I was not getting all of the channels I thought were included in the package I will just cancel the service at the end of the free trial I'm sure you have many customers that stick around despite being deceived, but I will not be one of them I do know that I am not the only one that felt misled about what channels were included in the base packages because the customer service person I spoke to told me they had received many calls with that same complaint, that they were aware there was an issue, and that they were looking into it Sincerely, [redacted]

If you view my account access record you will see that I did not use sling TV at least a week before the trial ended. No email was sent notifying me of my trial end and I request a refund.
