Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am not asking how to prevent something that has already happenedI am asking you to refund the money because I did not order itI did not have parental controls in place because I didn't need themI have read multiple complaints of others having this same thing happen with your companyIt seems to me that even though you make it a "three step process" it is still something a year old can get around; since many others have had the sameThat should tell you that something isn't workingI find it very greedy to hold on to $form a family when no adult int he home purchased it or viewed the eventA parent with a year old shouldn't need parental controls because purchasing something accidentally shouldn't be this easyAnd if a year old agrees to "terms and conditions" it should be voidA year old is a minorNo adult in our home agreed or consented to purchasing this eventThis even has not been watchedI maintain my request for a refundI simply will not resolve without a refund Sincerely, [redacted] ***

These refunds were processed for the months of September to December. These refunds will be processed back onto the credit/debit card on file in 5-7 business days. We have reviewed your account and show it was started on the 7 day free trial on 01/07/2018... at 1:13 PM EST and renewed for the monthly service on 01/14/2018 1:14 PM EST before it was cancelled on 01/15/2018 at 4:55 PM EST. Our hours of operation 8 AM until 1 AM EST every day. We offer cancellations online 24/7 or through an agent during our hours of operation. As a one-time courtesy, we would like to offer to cancel the account immediately with a refund of $29.99.
