Hello , We received notice of your recent BBB complaint regarding your Sling TV service. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. At this point your account has been set to cancel at the end of your current cycle, 11/28/2016 and will stop any future payments from being... taken. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the charges on the account to your card at this time as there was an equipment order on the account and is en route to your address. The equipment will have to be returned to the manufacturer with proof provided of the return before a refund can be issued. The promotion you signed up with was for a 3 month prepay with a discounted device. As you are requesting to cancel your service with a refund prior to the end of the 3 month prepaid period, the device will need to be returned to the manufacturer. Once the device has been returned we will process a prorated refund in the amount of $151.27. This is from the last day the services were utilized on 2/21/2018. If the services continue to be utilized, the refund amount will be prorated from the date the services were last accessed.
