I have had great success with Snaptravel! No complaints at all! As a matter of fact I really like the SMS option, I dont know how many times I have lost contact mid way or further, through another online travel app and end up starting over, causing a double booking, or worse, thinking it went through and it didnt! I am very pleased with Snaptravel and will continue to use them whenever possible

I book my reservation with Snaptravel. My card was charged. When I tried to checked into the hotel they told me the Third Parties, Snaptravel, card was declined and my reservation was was lost.
I tried the customer service line several times and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes each time.
Still have not received a refund.
Rooms were clean, comfortable and very easy to book. System was super easy and helpful to navigate.
I searched for the absolute lowest price for a rather expensive two bedroom suite at four star chain and was blown away when I seen how low the rate was, not sure if it's something that snap travel offer's or if a mistake was made by someone and if it was a mistake they definitely should make it a must using there app. Not sure how they were able to get lower rates than the rewards club of the hotel chain in which I stayed but it was 125 dollars cheaper and I received 351 points on the chains reward site in which I am a member of . Definitely recommend even if it was some kind of mistake

Me and my sons were camping at the beach end of July 2020 and got WAY to hot at night for me. So not really wanting to spend a lot on hotel since the trip was suppose to be a last minute quick cheap trip. Started looking at hotels and Snaptravel showed up with the cheapest price. Clicked book and started getting alerts that I would be contacted when room was ready. 10 mins later hotel called saying room was booked up upgraded me for free so. Ended up going from tent camping to ocean front hotel for less than most hotels we’re charging for 1 night!!! Awesome experience and even got a discount code for percentage off with next book and already looking up next travel plans! Very easy to deal with and fast reliable service, I highly recommend them.
They consistently have better pricing than I can find anywhere else. I use them pretty often when booking a hotel.
Very easy to use. Saves you more money than the other apps. Once you get your text to confirm you pay and that's it. Reservation is set no other forms or paperwork to fill out at check-in its super fast. Will use from now on for every trip for sure.
As any consumer, during uncertain time's, using Snaptravel's third party discounted prices, almost saved me $100 combined during my staycation. *** Suites is one of the best hotel's in Turlock and deserves a full 5 Star rating as any other high end experience. I would definitely recommend using Snaptravel to all my friends and extended family members.

I had the best experience booking my vacation through Snaptravel! I have used them 4 times over the last few months booking my hotel stays in Atlantic City. I would recommend them to anyone for their vacations.
I made a 4 night family booking for a New York Hotel which was not open due to COVID. (I'm based in the UK) Snaptravel will only give me a full refund in Snaptravel credits valid for 1 year. No refund back on to the credit card. I did book a 100% non refundable room only booking, but didn't realise that if the hotel wasn't open I wouldn't get a refund. The hotel has confirmed a full refund to SnapTravel. I don't want the credits as I doubt we can travel outside the UK for a while as a family. So I have asked for a cancellation invoice which has been requested by my travel insurance to claim the money back this way as I was losing any hope with SnapTravel and they say cannot provide this. This can't be right? They have kept my money so surely they can send me a cancellation invoice stating the cancellation fee is the total amount I spent on the accommodation?
When I try and print the cancelled booking off the website the amounts for the booking disappears. Hence I was unable to print a cancelled booking showing the amount I paid. I have taken a photo with my camera and waiting on the travel insurance.
It is important to note that when dealing with this company the only way I could engage by email was to cancel the booking during Covid even though I knew the hotel itself wasn't open. Being based in the UK it's very expensive to hang on the phone even if I was able to get a phone number which I wasn't. Many of the email responses are quick but they come back with the same reply before. They just fob you off. I probably saved £50 booking with this company. It really is not worth it.
