I tried them for the first time on a humble and it was the best 3rd party booking experience I’ve had.

Bought room at holiday inn for wife's birthday to get away from our 4 kids for a few days went to check in and couldn't get room. Hotel couldn't hold $250 from card for damages. I paid for room thru snap travel. Got email for booking, money came out of account, so I get there they have my conformation that says I already paid for room and they ask for card to put a hold on $250 I don't have that much in account so she says I can't rent room without damage money. I called snaptravel and they say it's none refundable.

Booked two rooms and a suite at the Taupo Hilton NZ. Each room was $80 cheaper through Snaptravel. Why would you look anywhere else? Easy to book and the reminders until the day of check in were very welcome!
