I went to the website to book a room for 2 nights at the *** in Greentree. Snaptravel booked me at *** in downtown Pittsburgh. A wrong location. They have refused to refund my money. I informed them within hours of the mistake. They refused to rebook at the hotel in the proper location.

I recently became aware of Snap Travel as my wife and I were in the middle of a vacation and were suddenly blocked from going to a specific location due to COVID-19 precautions. So, we had to change our plans “on the fly.”

Best rates I could find on hotel rooms .It was easy to use.I like that u can use pay pal.quick and easy . Hotel told me at check in that I had gotten an excellent rate.

They advertised that the pool was open for this ***, which is the only reason we purchased this hotel reservation even though it was 100$ more expensive. I tried to cancel booking but they said that I couldn't receive a refund due to the hotel's policy. I called the hotel they said it's up to snap travel. I tried to contact snap travel and found that they have literally no way to actually contact them. I waited on a phone for 10 minutes for it to ring endlessly.

I had no problem with snap travel . It was a last minute trip and everything worked out great. The hotel also had all of our info when we arrived.
I would definately use them again.

Snaptravel was fantastic! Yesterday was the first time I ever used it. I usually go through Booking.com and while Googling for a hotel late in the evening while on the road, Snaptravel came up amongst the usual booking sites with a rate $10 cheaper. I was a bit skeptical but decided to try it and everything went very smoothly. They texted me all the information, booking info, and confirmation numbers promptly. Check in at the hotel went fine. I was quite impressed and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

I definitely recommend SnapTravel! Almost every time I've booked a hotel stay at, SnapTravel has been the cheapest by almost 50%! The first time I used it, I was definitely nervous and questioned if it was a scam. Thankfully it wasn't! I've used SnapTravel more than 20 times. Only had an issue with it once & that was my fault for putting in the wrong date. Customer service was easy to contact & quickly fixed the issue! Great way to save a LOAD of money! Our room was almost half off the first night, then we decided we wanted to stay another day and booked again (it was over half off this time). They allowed us to keep the same room as well. The hotel was clean and super accommodating!
