Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I don't believe that they reviewed my account. If they did they can clearly see that I was charged the same day of my download of their TV app. It was not a renewal so there's was no warning sent to me. Sincerely,[redacted]

Although we appreciate [redacted] feedback regarding SIEA’s service policy, her request for a BRAND-NEW dual shock 4 is declined. As a one-time exception, I shipped a replacement. For future services, she will be required to ship her broken controller to the service center for replacement.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: As i've previously stated I do not own a PS3 anymore and me getting banned for it seems unfair. I have been a PS+ subscriber for sometime now, I have a decent amount of games in my library for PS4, PS Vita, and PS3 that are acquired legitimately. I spent money and time on my account so I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize it. I'm still hoping that Sony would be considerate enough to unban my account, because the reason for banning is clearly not my fault.Sincerely,[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/03/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
For all of the issues I have had with this specific PlayStation 4, Sony should be ashamed that they have no solution for their faulty system. Regardless of warranty, why produce products that will just break within a year no matter what? If the same exact issue happened 3 times within 2 years you'd think Sony would apologize for the issue- minimum!
I was told the first time this issue happened, by Mathew, that it was a software issue. Not even my fault nor my hardware; it was sony's fault which they fixed it by sending a REFURBISHED system. Probably one with the same issue. So when I received the next system of course it happens again. Mathew couldn't tell me it was a software issue the other times but has failed to satisfy a loyal customer of 20 years. Sony is fine with losing customers and refuses to do anything about their problem. Asking for money for repairs when this is their fault is robbery.

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2016/03/08) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Sony will tip toe around every issue to make sure that the consumer pays for an issue that is there fault. [redacted] refused multiple times to do anything to help the situation and would not let me speak to any one else. Sony doesn't care about losing customers and satisfaction is not their priority in this case.
