I am rejecting this response because: At this time these are the factsOn 4/18/I filed a dispute for a charge of $1,which I received a provisional credit forOn 07/06/someone reversed that credit unlawfully as the 90days was not up until 07/18/2016, no affidavit had been sent nor notice stating that the credit would be reversedThen on 07/14/(days prior to the 90days) I received an email stating that the dispute had been resolved in my favor and the temporary credit are permanent however, someone had already reversed that credit

I am rejecting this response because: the damage that I reported was NOT on my vehicle prior to the accidentSo this is clearly insurance avoiding to make a payout for damage, but isn't that your legal obligation? I have not received any voicemails or missed callsI have spoken to an agent but she has not gotten back to me regarding the outcomeI've attached the image that clearly shows that the damage is at the EXACT same level that the car impactedNow i'm no expert on car collision, but common sense tells me that taking an impact in the rear could cause pieces to break off causing the damageFundamentals of science also explain how impacts spread through the area of initial impact causing bend and fluctuations in materials, this also could be the reason for the damageIt's not really my responsibility to deduce this for you, I am simply asking an insurance company to do their legally bound duty
