I am rejecting this response because:USAA have not responded to any of my phone calls that I made back to Mrs***I have responded to her several timesNeither have they responded to my other pointsIf my "financial institute declined the auto pay" then why has my credit card payment with USAA been going through???? This is their mistake and they are just trying to point the finger some where elseAnother thing if it was my financial instution why is it that it was never told to me and this the first I hear aboutWhen every time we called and yelled at the poor customer service rep they didn't know why it wasn't going threwTo be honest I think its boloney, and USAA is charging me extra on my insurance due to my payment not going throughWhich it just so happens my payments for my credit card were fineI DEMAND MY INSURANCE BE REVISED OR I WILL CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The explanation provided by Mr*** regarding the methodology that USAA follows to determine Diminished Value compensation does not resolve the fundamental issue that USAA Diminished Value payment does not provide sufficient compensation for the actual loss of resale value of the vehicle accordingly to independent sources of information I consulted (local Toyota dealer and internet appraisal companies that specialize in Diminished Value claims) However, Mr*** informed that he reassessed my claim and consequently USAA sent me a second payment in amount of $(on top of the initial payment of $290) This clearly proves my point that their initial compensation which prompted my complaint to Revdex.com was grossly inadequate Even with the second payment, total compensation received to date falls short from to the lowest estimate I obtained from independent sources. This "nickel-and-dime" and "low-balling" approach indicates, in my opinion, bad faith on behalf of USAA - they are praying on consumers' ignorance and try to avoid paying a fair compensation for consumers' losses.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: Re: Claims Letter dated April 6, on DecAccident Account: *** This letter is to address and Rebuts your allegations of my knowingly concealed or misrepresented any material fact or circumstance relating to this Accident.I flatly disagree with your Coverage Decision seeking reimbursement for payments made to settle claims on this accident based on the Factual Summary that is partly in error. The factual summary is correctly stated on the sequence of events except one where you say I knowingly misrepresented any material factsHere again is a prime example of Insurance Companies seeking to not own up to their obligation and fulfill their Contractual Agreements to provide coverage and is why I sought to report this activity to the Revdex.com.I never denied being aware of the accident after my daughter informed me of it on 12/3/but your Claims Agents called me back 12/6/to go over my statement againI repeated to that Agent that I was not aware of what happened to my car when I called it in on 12/2/on this date 12/6/I did not say that I was not aware of the accident on this date.I have no reason to do any misrepresenting of the material facts on this accident especially because I was not involved in the accident, nor in the car, nor driving the car and was not near the accident therefore I have no First 1-land knowledge to present to any Claims AgentI can only guess what happened and go by others to tell me what happened to my carI have no reason to misrepresent any facts as I am paying for full coverage on my vehicle.I may have gotten confused on the facts but did not knowingly misrepresentI have been a paying Customer for over years to USAAI have only had one car accident that I can remember that was not my faultI object to having to reimburse the payout for coverage of this accident as stipulated in the Insurance Coverage agreement per your request.Sincerely,
Regards,
