I am rejecting this response because:I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] and he has resolved absolutely nothing.  We spoke last week and there was a difference between what my adjuster told me on the phone and what she documented in her reports. When I discovered this I asked Mr.[redacted] to pull the tapes.  Conversations are on recorded lines.  Mr. [redacted] states he was unable to do this but her manager would be able, if possible.  I requested that he contact me and simply communicate with me no matter what outcome.  Three business days later I have heard nothing.At this point I believe my adjuster, [redacted], has taken a passive aggressive stance.  She still won't answer her voice mail, her replies to the written board are vague and circular.  The two times I have spoken to her directly she told me one thing then later denied it or demonstrated zero intent in actually performing as stated.  If you need specifics I will be happy provide them.  Last week she addressed items submitted 8/15.  She failed to acknowledge aprox a half dozen items that I sent in for dispute. All receipts were sent in as purchased and now payment is being withheld for "verification".  I now feel as if I was robbed twice.  The first time was quick and clean.  They stole my uHaul.  The second robbery is presently in play. Ten weeks after the initial robbery I have yet to receive payment for receipts submitted.

I am rejecting this response because:All of my concerns have been addressed and USAA is working with me to resolve the rest of my claim in medical and property. Though hey are doing this I strongly assert that I was the target of discrimination based on the statements of the third party IME vendor AIS and [redacted] that my claims of PTSD and agoraphobia are either not real disabilities to warrant an accommodation or I am only using it as an excuse to not have an IME done. I agree USAA did correct the problem only because I filed complaints but reject the defense that no discrimination occurred to cause or was cocurrent with my disability status being targeted.

I am rejecting this response because: It's not sufficient the adjuster has reached out that's it! I still had over 120,000 in medical bills as a result of being "rear ended" while sitting still at a traffic light. After I filed out and, had to take even more time of my day or a wreck that occurred almost now going on 3 months ago I didn't hear anything about from the adjuster after opening my claim and, submitting documentation that was almost 2 weeks ago. I haven't received the additional money to settle my medical bills since the 3rd party claim didn't even pay for half of my bills! I'm still waiting on a call for the additional funds to handle my "self pay" medical bills two weeks and, counting haven't heard a word or received money from my policy to max out the bodily injury portion on this under insured claim; which I was forced to open on mine since my medical bills are so high and, USAA decided not to max out the persons policy & liable party that hit me injured me and, totaled my vehicle out. Lets see if the new adjuster on my "under insured" non fault claim actually calls me. I'm still waiting on a follow up call not to mention a "settlement". USAA is still dropping the ball. As an individual with rights and, a paying client very disappointed at the level of professionalism and, way I'm still being treated.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm still waiting for the car to be fixed. Not sure if the approval from USAA takes so long as dealer told me they would call me schedule and the only call I got was that they will call me to schedule. The accident happened a few weeks ago and aside from dearly having to do with this, the few occasions over my entire life that we were hit by others who were at fault... the parties insurance companies all handled repairs pretty fast. Not in this case. Since nothing has been done other then after 8 attempts USAA employee finally answer a call AFTER I filed the Revdex.com complained, nothing else has been done.
