In response to SourceRM, I absolutely reject the response SourceRM provided to the Revdex.com solely based on the fact that SourecRM remains on my credit report as a collection trade line after efforts have been made by myself as well as my attorney to communicate with SourceRM via fax and mail since June with no response until nowIn addition, I requested specific information re: the account SourceRM placed on my credit report and absolutely none of that information was provided, and there was no attachment included in the response SourceRM provided to the Revdex.com as statedSourceRM stated that a validation letter was mailed out to myself on 3/28/2016, however there was no proof of mailing provided to prove there was actually a letter sent out to me on that dateFurthermore, if a letter had been sent out to me on 3/28/and SourceRM complied with the laws of the FDCPA by communicating with myself prior to placing this derogatory account on my credit report, the issue would not have escalated to this Revdex.com complaintMoreover, being the diligent consumer I am as far as credit/credit reporting is concerned I would have responded immediately in receipt of SourceRM letter if I had ever received it and rectified this issue long before it would have come to me filing formal complaints with several agenciesLastly, as stated in my original complaint SourceRM did not comply with FDCPA law § Validation of debts USC 1692g while attempting to collect on this debt, therefore my consumer rights were violated when SourceRM neglected to communicate with myself prior to placing the derogatory account on my credit reportUntil I see this derogatory account from SourceRM deleted from all the major consumer reporting agencies effective immediately because SourceRM did not comply with the FDCPA law § Validation of debts USC 1692g, I will not accept any response from SourceRM Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2016/08/08) */ SourceRM was not aware that the consumer was unable to view the documents that we attached to the previous complaint responseHowever, on 8/4/2016, we also provided the requested documentation in our response to a complaint submitted by the consumer via the CFPB portalWe have completed our investigation and have provided enough information to validate this consumer debtWe have also ceased collection efforts and requested that the account be removed from the consumer reporting agenciesIt may take days or longer for the changes to appear on the consumer credit file and that is beyond our controlWe are a professional debt collector, however this communication is for the purpose of responding to the consumer complaint and is NOT an attempt to collect a debt

This company clearly has communication issuesYou have received a certified letter from me with my address listed on both the envelope and my letterHow can you send someone a correspondence and assumed it reached that person from totally different location? This is clearly an unverified debt they are trying to collectAlso in my letter I have clearly stated in bold letters that I wanted validation of the alleged debt Not verificationThis is blatantly a another stall tactic from SRM in their attempt to ignore my request for validation! I am sure that SRM understands the violations of the FDCPA that they are committing such as sec validation of debt and sec using misleading and deceptive practicesSo at this time I will follow up this complaint with Illinois attorney general as well as CFPB regarding this matter Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2016/05/05) */ Please advise Ms [redacted] that we received [redacted] 's response to her complaint as of this morning (5/5/2016)Per [redacted] , the account has been forwarded to Executive Services for review and placed on a day hold pending their responseBecause of this, we have requested the account be removed from the credit reporting agenciesI will attach the verification with documentation that was mailed to the consumer on 5/2/to this responseShe should receive it via mail any day now as well

I am rejecting this response because: I specifically requested and asked for them to remove this off all credit bureausOnce we made the agreement on the settled amount I paid and in addition a letter showing how much I paid to dispute.I did receive the letter and they were supposed to remove it all bureaus. The agent who I spoke with and who I paid agreed it would be removed off all bureaus and the letter will be mailed .They are not telling the truth .I am requesting for it to be removed off all bureaus.,it is paid and settled in full .It is not fair for me to still have this negatively on all bureaus when I have held up my end and bargain to settle and pay in full .I never signed a contract with this credit agency in the first place ,and I do not have an account with them but I went and paid anyways so it could be removed all the credit bureaus .I am demanding this to be removed from all credit bureaus immediately as I was promised and advised it will be removed

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is not listed on my credit reports, but this company isAs I stated, I do not have a contract with this company and I should not be authorized to pay someone who doesn't have anything in writing or has a verbalThis company can not prove any validationAccording to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) An item on your report must be removed if it is any of the following: ?Inaccurate meaning wrong account number, item is not yours, etc?Incomplete meaning a field is blank, letters added or missing, etc?Unverifiable meaning no original contract, etc

I am rejecting this response because: they are lying their rep said they'd ruin my credit if I didn't pay they also hung up when I asked for supervisor and told me the couldn't mail me any verification or proof of debtI will contact the FCC and the attorney general in my state as well as theirsI admit to using profanity as I was frustrated my their condescending tone and lack of any proof
