discussed any issues found in the calls with the representative involved. We apologize if the consumer was not satisfied with the information provided by our office.
The referenced account was referred to our office by [redacted] regarding a remaining balance of $810.46 for [redacted] account number [redacted]. Service for this account began on 1/28/2010 with e-mail address[redacted]. The last payment received on the account was 2/27/2015 in the amount of $228.06, but that payment was returned by the bank. The account was cancelled on 2/11/2015 and became delinquent on 4/3/2015. SourceRM received the account on 5/3/2016 with a remaining balance of $810.46.
Upon receipt, the consumer's complaint was investigated and forwarded to [redacted] for further investigation. According to [redacted] claimed fraud, but then on 1/29/2015 admitted to started service for another party but stated that he was able to regain access and start an unauthorized Installment Billing (IB) contract. [redacted] memo from 2/11/2015 shows that the IB was adjusted in the amount of $1369.75. The remaining balance is for the lease acceleration charge.
If after reviewing this information the consumer still believes that the account is not hers, we have also attached a [redacted] Fraud Packet that the consumer can complete and return to [redacted]. The instructions for completion are found in the packet. Please be advised that we are a professional debt collector; however this communication is for the sole purpose of responding to the consumer's dispute and providing the results of our investigation. This is NOT an attempt to collect a debt.

Source receivables management was not compliant against due to the details of my situation but for the manor in which they handled it. The response to my complaint was inappropriate and not relevant. The actual details as far as the money I owe, specific dates, misquotes, account numbers, etc were never disclosed nor needed to be. My personal information in such detail did not need to be shared especially when my complaint was the way I was treated not the reason I had called. When my conversation with Mr M[redacted] had come to an impass I simply chose to go through [redacted] rather a third party to remedy what was told to me was remedied in 2015. The second employee Aaron was beyond reprehensible and extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. A business of such nature should be willing to work with their customer and that was not my case at all. Many rude comments were made to me and I don't feel worked towards the positive end result. Let me make this clear, my treatment, not the reason behind my call are what is the problem. Now secondary is SRM release of all my personal information in regards to this complaint. Again the complaint was based on service and treatment in which I believe was extremely poor and disrespectful
